I had a good experience previously on last Friday at my son basketball celebration dinner there because it was a different crew working the pizza was good and cook throughly, it was fresh and hot. But on Monday this crew was not good. Staff telling a customer you must order online is not appropriate. Then the lady manager there was rude and had an attitude and just her tone and the mannerism of ignoring what I was saying didn't sit right me. She needs coaching on how to treat customers along with the staff. Also the pizza was not cook thoroughly, it was nasty. I will not be back to this establishment.

This location was trash ! for years we had stopped going but I have tried it again in 2025 and it has been on point both times not sure who is running the store but the same lady was there each time that I have been. If it’s her she is doing a Great Job! It’s clean my order is ready and hot and her attitude is not nasty 😊 👏🏽

Called for a delivery order. The third party lady was very hard to understand & difficult to order from. I ordered half meat lovers pizza, half pepperoni… the meat lovers was ALL sausage, extremely loaded with sausage. I also ordered bread sticks & 4 marinara sauces… not only were the breadsticks hard as rocks, they didn’t give me ANY marinara sauces. The delivery driver was very polite, we didn’t notice the sauce thing until after he left also. 3/10.

Ordered my food online , the idiots confirmed my order and sent an email stating my order would be ready at 5:41 , got there at 5:44 just to walk in and be told that they were closed , website says they don’t close until 10:30 p.m and it’s a Tuesday . Wasted my time and gas with these fools , was very rude and couldn’t explain to me why my order was confirmed and sent to me when was ready if they were closed

I have no words that are nice. NEVER-EVER again. Rudest staff and can’t trust with making your food. Received someone’s returned food. They didn’t care made me wait 15 minutes before addressing my return. With severe attitude and no apology. Wasn’t looking for any extra. Just wanted to be treated right, as a paying customer. Too many pizza establishments to be treated this way.

I placed an online order for delivery and didn't click delivery! When I realized that I hadn't typed in my address I gave them a call and they switched it with no problem and no attitude. I appreciated their patience and professionalism considering it was July 4. Thank you all, for the excellent Customer Service. Especially Karen B. who delivered all of it.
