While up in Newnan running around with Mom (Tue 3/4) decided to grab dinner before heading home. I've always loved this Pizza Hut. My timing was excellent and my food was ready just as scheduled before heading into Kroger a few doors down to shop. Everything was fresh and still rather hot by the time we got back to Lanett. My only issue is I clearly didn't order extra garlic parm sauce for my second pizza. My mistake, but still traditional marinara and all everything was amazing. Loving my leftovers today. Thanks team. Can't wait to order again when I'm up in the area.

I pre-ordered my Pizza prepaid for it over a $30 Pizza I ordered about 4:15 or so not really sure but it was supposed to be ready at 7:00 when I got there they had a driver working the front desk who wanted to argue about me if I had ordered the pizza at all it wasn't on his screen I had to show me my phone to prove I had ordered it and prepaid for it the manager have retreated to the back because there were too many complaints an angry people with him I was not the only one there were many other standing outside with me waiting for their pizza too the food there is always good but this is a management problem you really have to look into the driver even told me he had been laying off people because I don't know why he didn't say but when you know you got a Georgia game a big one coming up you need to be prepared for it if you serve pizza this manager obviously didn't know that really I really think Pizza Hut management needs to look into this situation and check on this manager I was very unsatisfied with this along with many others I finally left there about 7:30 game time this manager obviously didn't have any idea what he was doing when he put a delivery driver up front because he didn't want to deal with the complaints of the people that's what pissed me off most of all the manager didn't want to deal with he didn't want anything to do with he didn't want to deal with it that's a major problem for Pizza and I'm very pissed off at Pizza Hut for putting a incompetent person in charge

This location never disappoints. They live by the corporate motto, "No one out pizzas the Hut!" If I order delivery, it's at the house ahead of schedule. If I pick up, it's always ready when I get there or coming right out of the oven, and there's just about always something funny happening in store.

Personally yall don’t even deserve ONE star yall deserve NONE..I ordered my food through the app around 12..i realize i made a mistake on my order and i called the place right after i ordered to add pineapples and they changed it for me and said everything was ok. The person then tried to change my total from $22 to $30 for just adding pineapples. So time pass by and i get my food @2 the food is very cold like it’s been sitting in a fridge and on top of that my order was wrong. I called them to get them to remake it and someone else called me from a different number saying “i seen we delivered to this address already is this a remake?” i said yes and he said ok thank you.. i called back @3 asking where is the food and the man tell me “oh i thought you said no to the remake” but he saying it with a attitude. He did not put the phone on hold so im hearing people cursing and how he explaining the situation to the manager with an attitude. The manager claimed she haven’t spoke to me so im not sure who i called but they still said my order was coming. They did tell me they can give me a credit or remake my food but at this point i been waiting since 12 and it’s going on 5 right now.. Very disappointed and i still need my refund?

The rudest woman I’ve ever talked to, works at this location. She should absolutely NOT work in the service industry with the way she spoke to me. Very condescending. If unfriendly had a poster child, it’d be her. Won’t be ordering from them again.
What can I say? I was craving breadsticks and went to get my fix. Although 5 breadsticks is now over $6! So I ordered the Alfredo pasta and the large order (10) of breadsticks for $14. Breadsticks hit the spot. They need to give more dipping sauce. Alfredo was awful and had a weird flavor. Two bites and it was trashed. Everything was nice and hot, right on time per my app on my phone. Employees were nice as well.

I picked up a meat lovers pizza on the way home from work and this was the first time ever it was absolutely disgusting. The crust had NO flavor.. it was like chewing cardboard. There were very little toppings and didn’t have sausage on it. I was very disappointed and not sure if I will be back.
