Not gonna lie, when I walked in the place actually smelled like poop. Like literal feces. Nobody was up front so I peeked over the counter into the back and saw the nastiest oil fryer I’ve ever seen. This thing was covered in old oil/grease and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza for myself and my coworkers. I was almost tempted to just turn around and leave since I hadn’t paid yet, but I decided to just go through with it. The pizza was undercooked and the crust was very chewy, the cheese in the cheese stuffed crust was almost still solidified, I don’t think the oven even melted it. I can’t return after smelling the poop-smell and seeing the state of the kitchen. No way this place received a 96 on their health score.

I ordered 6 personal pizza with extra sauce and they came with very little sauce that was only in the center of the pizza. I contacted customer service and was told that the local manager would contact me in 3 days it’s now been a week. It’s disappointing cause my ederly mother enjoys these little pizza and I ordered them to freeze for her so she would have some as they are now discontinued. I actually threw them away they were so bad. It was like a breadth cracker with a skimpy amount of toppings and no sauce

Placed a delivery for 3 pizzas (2 pepperoni and 1 cheese ) I received 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. The delivery guy said that’s what they gave him. Called the store 6 times and they keep hanging up the call. Horrible!!

While up in Newnan running around with Mom (Tue 3/4) decided to grab dinner before heading home. I've always loved this Pizza Hut. My timing was excellent and my food was ready just as scheduled before heading into Kroger a few doors down to shop. Everything was fresh and still rather hot by the time we got back to Lanett. My only issue is I clearly didn't order extra garlic parm sauce for my second pizza. My mistake, but still traditional marinara and all everything was amazing. Loving my leftovers today. Thanks team. Can't wait to order again when I'm up in the area.

I pre-ordered my Pizza prepaid for it over a $30 Pizza I ordered about 4:15 or so not really sure but it was supposed to be ready at 7:00 when I got there they had a driver working the front desk who wanted to argue about me if I had ordered the pizza at all it wasn't on his screen I had to show me my phone to prove I had ordered it and prepaid for it the manager have retreated to the back because there were too many complaints an angry people with him I was not the only one there were many other standing outside with me waiting for their pizza too the food there is always good but this is a management problem you really have to look into the driver even told me he had been laying off people because I don't know why he didn't say but when you know you got a Georgia game a big one coming up you need to be prepared for it if you serve pizza this manager obviously didn't know that really I really think Pizza Hut management needs to look into this situation and check on this manager I was very unsatisfied with this along with many others I finally left there about 7:30 game time this manager obviously didn't have any idea what he was doing when he put a delivery driver up front because he didn't want to deal with the complaints of the people that's what pissed me off most of all the manager didn't want to deal with he didn't want anything to do with he didn't want to deal with it that's a major problem for Pizza and I'm very pissed off at Pizza Hut for putting a incompetent person in charge
