The guy working had giant headphones on and didn’t say one word to me. I was the only customer in there when started making my smoothie, blended it up, and then another customer walked in and instead of finishing up mine, he made her whole smoothie first. I just stood there like 10 minutes waiting to leave. My $8 smoothie is missing ingredients and I am sad.

This place is not good. I have been here a few times and the staff isn’t the friendliest but they took it to a different level this time. The manger told me to use the app while I was in the store and didn’t say why then when the app didn’t work and the staff tried to help She said oh I just wanted you guys to see the menu and not track anything onto the floor. They then subbed out the out the peanut butter in my smoothie without telling me and it tasted horrible I don’t know what she changed it with but she did not tell me. Overall very unprofessional I would not go here again

Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in an empty store. Then they were out of every single topping. Paid $8 for blended strawberries lol. Workers were extremely rude and acted annoyed I was there. Don’t bother going!

I am WHITE and 2 workers were black, I wasn't greeted whatsoever upon arrival and I had to TELL them my order because I was NEVER ASKED OR ACKNOWLEDGEDand upon PAYING a black customer came in the door and BARELY had 3 footsteps IN and the workers GREETED HER HAPPILY asked what they could do for her etc...RACISM GOES BOTH WAYS!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT!!!!

I ordered the Dragon Fruit Beach bowl. No where on it does it say it contains bananas. It came to us with bananas (pieces) on top and I tasted it and it was blended with banana. The person it was for has a severe banana allergy. From your description: dragon fruit, apple, peanut butter, almond milk topped with chia seeds & granola. I added plant protein. Bananas are not even in the REMOVE section.
It was a horrible smoothie. And I must say I prefer planet smoothie over smoothie king. I spent 20 dollars on two drinks and he didn’t make it right. I asked for liter ice than usual. It was so thick and tasted like straight blended ice. So I told him it had no flavor and was extremely icy. He then added more water to thin it out. It was not a smoothie at all. I come to this location often but this was the worst experience. I hope that when I call and speak to management they are willing to make it right.

The guy asked if I knew what I wanted I said no, he made the comment they never know what they want. He seemed kinda rushy asking if I wanted this so, I hurried up and ordered because I felt pressured then he made 2 drinks and said I order 2 when I didn't.

They say they close at 9 but they lock the doors at 8:35. Besides that, this is my go to smoothie place. Smoothies are fairly good. Service is okay besides that. Ambiance feels a little bit cold. When i knocked on the door they just stared.
