Showed up today at 10:00am building was shut. The open sign was lit the lights were off and the doors were locked. Waste of my time to go there.

Don’t trust this place to be open! Don’t have open hours, with an Open sign displayed, but doors locked and nobody answering the phone. Came the other day as well and half the menu items weren’t available at 9:00 AM leaving an entire office to have to choose less then their orders to accommodate the lack there of items missing. Showed up again today DURING business hours again on Saturday 9:30am. Doors locked and place is not open! Do not waste your time with this weak culture and poor leadership.

Went to get a smoothie and the sign says that they close at 7, but they locked the door and closed at 6:35. What’s the point of having hours listed if you’re not going to honor them?!

I ordered a smoothie online from the Newnan-Sharpsburg Store #19110 at 1800 hours on 8/11/2023. My wife picked it up for me on her way home. When she brought it home, I tasted it, and it did not have the mix-ins that I had ordered (peanut butter, whey protein, and leafy greens). I brought it back to the store (at 1815) to inform the staff that it was missing the ingredients that I had paid for and the woman (who refused to identify herself, but claimed to be the manager) accused me of drinking half the smoothie and then trying to get another one for free. I explained to her that I had only taken 2 sips and could taste that it was missing the peanut butter and the protein. She continued to question why I was trying to bring a half drunk smoothie back into the store. I explained that I wanted the drink that I paid for and that the drink I had received was missing items I had paid for. I then asked for the name of the owner of the store and she told me I could look it up online. Is this how you treat customers? Accuse them of lying when the staff messed up the order? This is completely unacceptable behavior from a supposed manager.

Worker saw us walking toward door at 550 pm and locked door on us I. They don’t close till 7pm on Sundays .

Ordered online and the clerk sent me the other location even. Arrived at the location across town got fed up and reordered my smoothies. Went back to the original location and told I can’t get a refund because it through a third party. Dude it’s you website you utilize the third party. Well never go back

I had to put one star because I can’t leave a review without putting at least one, but this worker deserves zero stars. First, when we walked in no one was even in the front for a good two minutes. Then the lady in the photo comes out of the back and she is talking but I can’t understand what she’s saying. Then, I figured out she was actually talking on the phone with her headphones. She went in and out of the back room multiple times without acknowledging me and I finally had to tell her that I was ready to order. Then she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. Then a guy walked in and starting talking to her as I was still waiting to give my order. This was by far the WORST customer service I have ever had to the point where I needed to write a review just because I was getting a smoothie.

This is the second time in row that i used the app to order a smoothie and no one has started on my smoothie. The 1st time I walked in 3 guys were just hanging out talking. The 2nd, I pull up to the window I see a girl pop up from the lobby chair…..smhNo respect for people’s time.
