Some how this place always seems to mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME, I made a mobile order in the parking lot and went to pick it up in the drive-thru immediately afterwards, by the time I got home I noticed my order was wrong, I ordered a 5 piece and received a 3pc instead and they were literally ice cold last time I came they gave me a order that wasn’t even mine 😹 and they never pick up the phone so you can call about you’ll have to drive all the way back 😒 DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION

I’m a business order and had job sites around this area and come to pick up lunch for my workers. I came through the drive through ordered 9 meals. Host name was DT I waited for my meals to get made and I got my bag and came to my job site shortly after. And when I started handing my workers there sandwiches I came to the realization that two meals were missing. So I called and spoke to a So called manager on site. And kindly asked if they could remake those two missing meals. She proceed to say she made them herself and that I was a liar. I don’t mind having to pay for as many meals as I have to but I don’t need to go out my way to lie that I’m missing sandwiches. She started giving me attitude and was screaming saying that I was lying and that she knows what she made and said she couldn’t do anything that I could speak with cooperate. It doesn’t cost them their check nor there time to just remake my meals. I asked for her name and she declined and said she was “the manager”. That she didn’t have to give me her name although I was a paying customer. Then proceeded to hang up on me. It’s very unfortunate to have this type of staff in this establishment. I would never come back to this location again.

I was at popeyes yesterday on sunday and I thinm i had the worst fast food experience ever in my lifetime I went through the drive thru at first but I was met with an wnraged young man who didnt want me to go through the drive thru so i parked and went inside but to my dimise it was the same young man working the register he seemed to be about 15-16 years of age i went to orderr my usual popeyes order but he statted yelling at me i get if you had a bad day but dont take it out on me then i asked him his name he said it was something like zareff but then i got my chicken tenders and fries but there was literally brownish black hair in it and i am now convonced he spit in my food this was so unacceptable please fix this

I stopped by to try the bone in Gost Pepper wings and fry’s combo. The fries were hot and fresh and the drink was refreshing however the gost pepper wings had to have been re dropped because they were very hard and dry. $9:00 just to get some wings to throw in the trash

Staff was loud and cutting up amongst each other. One worker kept asking someone to drop the stops and no one ever did until the lady came out of the bathroom. Another worker was on break blaring his phone so loud and cussing every other word. Drink machine was not working. Nothing to drink for a diabetic.

Ordered what I wanted and got whatever they wanted to throw in the box. I didn’t know Popeyes sold unseasoned chicken but that’s what I got even after ordering spicy. Guess they figure it’s the drive thru it don’t matter.
