I went to Red Lobster with a party of 4 (me, wife, son, and brother) last Friday night. It was late and the restaurant was not too busy. I ordered some lobster, pastas, appetizer, and few beers. The waitress brought the food out without anything for us to eat with. Did she expect us to eat with our hands? Ok, cool. I waved her down and she brought 2 forks for a party of 4 people. WTH!!??

My family had to share 2 forks between 4 people. Fast forward 30 minutes later, the waitress finally came to check us out and asked if we needed anything when we were about to finish our meals. I told her about the forks situation and all she had to say was “sorry”. Maybe she thought that my family is Asian and we all carrying chopsticks everywhere we go. I probably will never come back to this place again.

maybe i am asian. and the staff they dont want to serve me. i ordered food including loster and pasta. i ate most of the loster and shrimp with my hands. i dont see a fork or anything to eat the pasta. i asked a female staff to give me forks. she gave me 2. while i went with 4 people? I feel so bad. i will let all my friends and relatives know this place is racist!

It took 45 minutes to get our lunch, but I have to say the only reason we come here is for Jennifer. She is an awesome and amazing server always has a smile on her face and anticipates your every need. Kudos to Jennifer for making up the long food time by excellent service.

Waitress, Honie, was the best part of the dinner. Very helpful & friendly, but shrimp scampi tasted awful!! The shrimp tasted like it came from pond water…. Dirty!

We decided to take our family there, it was my mother in law, my husband, our 3 children and myself, we spent a lot of money for our lunch, 2 meals were over $40 then I picked my usual, steak (medium) and shrimp! Well, To begin with I ordered a house salad and it was spring mix with arugula, I didn't eat it, I gave it to my pet pig! My steak was medium well, no pink at all and no shrimp! So I sent it back, they brought another filet, needless to say it's cold and raw! I was so disappointed I told them to not even worry about my food but they insisted to get it right, well they bring it out a 3rd time finally the steak was actually great but this time they remembered they forgot my shrimp put it with that steak, and now my fries are cold, needless to say the shrimp tasted like salt water with no flavor and was cold. The manager came out to apologize and make sure the 3rd time it was right, she comped a mozzarella cheese stick order for me not to have a meal, what a wonderful experience, I will not be going back!

We really enjoyed our experience! We made reservations and waited just a few minutes for our table. Our server, Hannah, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone at our table loved their meal. The drinks were fantastic as well! We will definitely be back.

Opentable Diner

We don't usually go to Red Lobster but a birthday celebration brought us to this location. We were pleasantly surprised by the food quality and service. The Ultimate Feast is a great value!

We made reservations here for 7:45pm on Valentine's Day. We arrived on time and it was a mad house. People looked angry. Upon arriving, we checked in with the hostess, who was standing next to another host, who was taking care of two angry women who have been waiting apparently for over 90 minutes, and when they heard me checking in, they were angry because we were about to be seated? We weren't even sure, but I asked what was going on. The hostess and host were trying their best, but everyone in the lobby was hungry and angry. I assessed the room and asked the hostess if they were able to accommodate us and honor our reservation. She then said that they have tables open, but the issue was the kitchen was backed up almost 2 hours.  I really wanted Red Lobster for dinner, but sadly given the circumstances and gravity of the situation, it was best that we relinquish our place and reservation, and we just head to Hooters across the street, and 20 minutes later, we were eating. This is not how we wanted to spend Valentine's Day. You guys have to do better. This is not how it should be.
