Jay was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made sure everything from our drinks to our entrées was perfect. What really stood out was Jay’s genuine hospitality — he made us feel welcome and valued, like we were more than just customers. Savannah Turner is the waitress/hostess who gave superior service from beginning to ending of my dining. She was so attentive that she put my bib on in order for me to enjoy my shrimp garlic boil. By the way, this is a wonderful entree to your menu. Getting back to Savannah, I observed that she was upbeat and operated with a smile to all of the tables she hosted. In this Red Lobster turnaround, the CEO of Red Lobster would benefit from having Savannah Turner do corporate training on customer service regionally and nationally as model for all of your restaurants. Shrimp cocktail was very tough and hard to eat. My daughter ordered a shrimp dinner and it was way over cooked. Two different things I ordered they were out of. I ordered grilled salmon. It was undercooked. It took forever to get waited on and get our food and get refills on our drinks. After I got home I started feeling sick at my stomach because of what I ate. I would definitely never go there again. Even the people sitting next to us said there food was not good either.
