Cups stayed empty for over 20 minutes, food come out wrong and server for our table served the table in front of us 3 times before even coming to check on us and still didn't ask about drinks.
Once again had to sit with an empty glass until I left!

Absolutely terrible experience! Manager sat at the high top bar table next to us and drank alcohol with on the clock staff while also taking shots. Completely unacceptable and out of line behavior for any management. Service was acceptable but could use some improvement. Quality of food was beyond terrible. Wings were under cooked and covered in sauce to try and mask the quality. The wrap was soggy and simple not edible. Again, not the fault of the server as much as terrible quality coming from the kitchen and management drinking with employees regardless of working or not is inappropriate and unacceptable!!!

Unorganized and dirty. Seated at a table with spilt milk however I did not cry over it. Waitress noticed it later and moved us to a different table. Lots of staff there but not aware of their surroundings. We left after watching the whole lackadaisical show so I can not give stars for food.

We were seated right away. But after 10 minutes or so I had to ask someone who our waiter was. She told our waiter we were waiting to order. Unfortunately she still didn't come over after a few more minutes. So we left and went to Olive Garden across from them. That was the worst service we have ever received. My 8 year old granddaughter was really disturbed.

The waitress tried to charge us for bottomless chocolate milk for my daughter. I had bottomless fries and did not get my 2nd order until I finished eating.

Food was decent, just lack of presentation. Place feels it needs to be cleaned which felt like the biggest turn off and almost had us walk out. Looking at dirty tables and food under the tables are never appetizing. We move to another table that "looked better" but it was not wiped down well with food still left on the table and dirty menus. There was only one server I wont mention her name but she was good up until the end. I guess she got frustrated bc she was the only server on that side from what we could see expressing it to what looked like a manager busing tables. Maybe they just need some help but I asked her for something multiple times and she just kept not coming this was also after we cashed out so maybe she felt she was done. Walking out we seen her chillin and the bar probably expressing her frustration to the bartender.

SCAM DECEPTIVE PRICING. When I ordered to-go, the server told me the side came with the burger. He didn't give me a total either. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally get my order and the receipt shows I'm being charged for the side even though he told me it was included. It turns out what he actually meant was I would be forced to order a side and would still be charged for it. This is probably corporate's fault for scam pricing, but the server still shouldn't have said it was free either and not given me a subtotal when I ordered it. Finally, the burger was delicious, but the fries were limp.
Edit: To respond to Red Robin's comment, the menu said all burgers must be served with a side. Then, I asked the server to confirm that I would be forced to order a side, and he said yes. He said if I didn't want a side, an empty item would be added to the ticket that costs the same as a side.

Ordered doordash and the driver stole my order that was $20 + dollars. Called the store and got met with Nick, one of the managers that has the customer service of a paint chip. He sounded very unenthused to even begin to help solve the problem. It was 20 minutes until close and me being a person thats very seasoned in the service industry, his main concern is clocking out. Never mess with peoples money or food. If you’re in a management position act like it, don’t act like it’s not your problem..even though it’s through a 3rd party app, it’s still YOUR responsibility to make it right.. otherwise tell corporate to take your store off of receiving doordash orders because clearly you can’t handle it nor can you manage a restaurant. It’s a no from me.

We came here for our Free Veteran's Day meal and we were not disappointed. They offered a Big Tavern Burger with bottomless fries as to thanks to veterans. They gave us a variety of meat choices ( beef, turkey, or vegan) as well as different types of steak fries. They were not very crowded and the service was great.
