Just stopped on the way out of Chicago entree sandwich (philli steak). It could have been tastier, but it was ok. Soup with most meals was a surprise but it was better than expected. Little pricey, but what isn't now a days.

The food was awesome as usual! I love an hour or so away, so it was a treat to go and I love the Bleu Ribbon burger and garlic fries as well as Broccoli.

My wife and I ate at RR on Friday 7/26/2025 and it was very disappointing. At first we were told there were 3 menu items to choose from for the $9.99 burger deal so my wife ordered one of the 3 and upgraded to garlic fries. Later the server came back and told us that there was just the one advertised burger deal so my wife told her to change her order to one deal and drop the garlic frie upgrade.
Needless to say when the food came out it looked nothing like the stock glamour pics but nothing new about that in the restaurant business but this was WAY off. The 2 patties were paper thin. The buns were refrigerator cold to the touch. My fries were soggy and cold. The overall burgers were about the size of a regular burger at McD's. My wife ended up getting the garlic fries anyway so we assumed they would be free. When I checked the bill, we'd been charged for them. We had to argue with a manager to get the charge removed from our bill.
The server was sweet but I think RR needs to invest in better training for its employees.
It was early afternoon on a Friday in a busy part of town and this RR was totally dead. A very few eating. Nobody at the bar. I can see this place following Ruby Tuesday's, O'Grady's and other mid-range establishments in closing its doors. Sad because it used to be great
By the way, my wife got extremely sick Friday night and was throwing up all night. We suspect the garlic fries.

Excellent food and service!
We stopped in for an early dinner on Sunday after a hard day of unpacking and hanging TVs. Bree took excellent care of us the whole time and was just super nice as well!
As you can tell from the photos - we all had burgers including a turkey burger plus one with a gluten free bun. We tried all the potatoes including chips, steak fries and sweet potato fries. I think the best evidence of a good meal is zero boxes needed for any leftovers. 😂

We came and ate here last night and never in my life did I think we would be accused of stealing!!! We will never ever come back to this location after what happened. We have been to this location several times and even had the same server before as well. After we ate, my son and I went to the car while my boyfriend stayed behind to pay and use the restroom. When my con and I went to the car, our server and manager of the place comes running out to my car with the kiosk in her hand demanding me to pay the bill. I was in shock and of course embarrassed as hell. I told her my bf is paying the bill and that he’s inside in the restroom. She proceeds to tell me he’s not at the table and I need to pay the bill. I again said I’m not paying the bill my bf is inside in the restroom which is why he’s not at the table. I said we are not those kind of people that walk out and don’t pay our bill for our food. Then they both just turned around and walked back inside. No apology or anything. I immediately called my boyfriend and told him what happened as he was in the bathroom. Our bill was 73$ and change and since we were accused of being thieves, she received only a 7$ tip. She’s lucky she even got that after accusing us of stealing. I am absolutely baffled this happened as we’ve been there many times to eat and now never want to come back after that!!! Not to mention the fries last night were drowning in salt. You guys have lost our business as we are regulars there.

Took my family here, good food. Great service! Ally was very knowledgeable about the brews on tap and desserts. She really took great care of us. She is the standard of service. Met the manager too. Pretty cool place bring your family here for the early 2000s tunes and great food!

I've been there several times but the last time I was a little disappointed with the waitress, she didn't know the menu, she didn't know what items came with it, I asked about a side dish and she said she couldn't include it, then she brought a French fry because I had to choose another side dish, why didn't she come back to the table and I didn't ask which one I would like?
