Worst experience ever. Fries were cold. Server rude. Couldn’t order the special 2 for yum. Out of chicken tenders, tomatoes. Manager did take care of us.

The best burgers and the fries and onion rings are really good the service is always great usually no wait at all great bar nice atmosphere usually playing sports on multiple tvs great place to visit

I came here on 12/13/25 around 4pm. No wait time and was seated immediately. The atmosphere was homeish, was a lot of families eating which is good to see. My waiter was a lady with glasses and was very fast, helpful & friendly 10/10! I told her it was my first time there. The Manger brung me out hot fries with their homemade sauce to try since it was my first time so was that nice! . I ordered my son the mini corn dog meal with fries with no salt. He has Autisum so will not eat fries with seasoning. When i got his fries they were very dark and not like the golden crispy fries i just received from the manager. The waitress informed me that they redipped already cooked fries to removed the seasonings, big Nono in the kitchen. I simply told her may i get fresh fries i don’t mind waiting, the next fries were perfect. His corn dogs were burnt. I got the red Robbin burger. My burger was completely cold even my egg. My sweet potato fries were cold as well. She then brung out my refill fries and they were nice and hot because she stated my pervious fries looked visibly not appealing. I also ordered the zucchini fries which were good but were burnt. I sent them back twice and both times were burnt. I didn’t want to keep sending food back so i just took the loss. I didn’t know if my food was burnt or the grease was old. Service was 10/10 but my food was cold and i only ate half my sandwich. Very nice place just wish my food was hot and matched the service that i received.

This was out first time at a Red Robin, the service and food was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and private. The prices are very competitive with good portions.

Went on black Friday and it was a decent experience. The hostess told us it would be a 20 minute wait, it ended up being a 35 minute wait. When asked, she said the servers were fine, it's the kitchen that was backed up. We finally get called, and while being escorted to our table, we notice a little under half of the tables are empty. But the hostess said the servers were good? If they were good, why couldn't each of them take on just one more table so they could clear the backlog? Our server was friendly, attentive, and informative. She got our appetizer order at the same time as our drink order and the appetizer was out in under 5 minutes. We placed our food order and that came out around 15 minutes later. But I thought the kitchen was backed up? What an odd way to do business, a half empty dining room and a small lobby full of people waiting over 30 minutes to be seated. The food was great, the kitchen wasn't struggling at all. One star removed for the obnoxious and unnecessary long wait time.

We really enjoyed our food. We had the tavern burgers and they were the perfect size. We went with the bottomless fries and they were cooked to perfection.

Showed up at 21:53, right after work only to be told kitchen is closed for the night. I know that’s close to closing time but I made it in so I figured I could order take out at least. Sadden to hear I couldn’t because I’m starving.

Always like Red Robin Burgers, but service here is lacking. Came in to red robin about 40 minutes to closing time with party of 7 and was basically told we couldn't be seated because kitchen closes in ten minutes to dine in orders and will switch to to go orders only.

We told them we could order quick and they said ok, then told us we had to sit at the bar or no-go. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere for a burger.

Would have been a good tip for whoever was going to serve.

I would suggest Red Robin post clearly on their door their times of service, and advise their staff accordingly.

I typically like Red Robin, but that wasn't a good look.

EDIT: I wanted to add this edit because Red Robin actually cares about their customers. Their corporate office reached out to me and even the general manager to make it right.

This shows a level of commitment to service at the restaurant level.

Will definitely continue to go to Red Robin.

Wow, such a nice place for lunch with veterans. There was a POW-MIA table set up honoring all of those who could not come home.

Our server was very nice and attentive. Went about 1:30 and she was alone she had about 4 tables and was able to attend them at ease can't wait to go back food was so good

Food was fast and staff was friendly.

Biggest issue was the grease. The burger i ordered (mushroom swiss) had a tremendous amount of grease. Was literally swimming in it on the plate. It wasn't water from the mushrooms either was clearly beef fat grease. The bottom bun was dripping with it.
