All the ice cream is amazing. You can sample whatever flavor you want. I’ve had the crème brûlée, Carmel apple and butter cake in milkshake form. Thick, creamy and so satisfying. The girl that is in there is very nice and great at her job. The decor of the place is very welcoming.

i'm a big fan of independent ice cream shops. my daughter just came in town, and it's one of the things she always wants to do after dinner so tonight we decided to try Rock Salt Milk Bar. the ladies working there were very on top of it, and the restaurant smelled great and was very clean. my only disappointment was the ice cream. my mom got strawberry cheesecake, i got creme brûlée, my daughter got vanilla with sprinkles, and her mom got caramelized banana. all of the ice cream just tasted like basic vanilla. nothing overly distinct in flavor, which was a big bummer.
Awesome ice cream. As many free tastings as I wanted (I asked!). I know it was a Wednesday afternoon but I still think there should have been a couple people here. Many great flavors (vanilla was right on). Congenial, helpful young lady behind the counter. Large space with plenty of seating.

She really enjoyed her ice cream and didn't have any issues. They also had cookies and other treats. Service was great and it was all in all a very pleasant experience!
