Açaí SOUP/ DO NOT GET A BOWL OF AÇAÍ FROM HERE!!!! I recently got a Açaí bowl from here, and it was literally like a drink in a bowl. It was sloshing all around. No purée WHATSOEVER. Put it in the freezer for 30 mins when I got home and it still didn't freeze over. Also $12??? For açaí soup?!? You're out of your mind!!!!

I’m giving yall a 2 for cleanliness.. but I’m here right now literally.. stood there inside for 10 mins lol no one is around lol yall should probably lock the door if no one is gonna be there up front. Especially for your safety…. It’s also hot in there but at least it’s clean.

Had multiple great experiences at this location! Very convenient with a drive thru and great customer service. Noticed since the new owners took over that they are open at the times advertised. Very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I’ll most definitely be back!!!

There is no one there when I go at 8pm on the weekdays. The hours posted state they close at 9pm. I am not sure what time they really close. I normally go at night.

Apparently they aren’t open at the hours listed on their door. The drive through is also automated and will greet you but nothing follows the greeting because they are in fact closed. Don’t waste your time in the drive thru. There’s a planet smoothie right next to Publix.

I love smoothie king in general. But this location for some reason the smoothie always taste different.. almost like on off sour taste. I visit the Ashley park location and the smoothies taste how they are suppose to taste. Not sure why there is an inconsistency at this location

Worst run branch of Smoothie King that could ever exist. Can’t count how many times I’ve driven over to find out that they actually aren’t open even though their online hours say they are. Whoever runs this location clearly doesn’t give a damn, if you want a smoothie you should probably go to a different

Every encounter I have here at this location the employees are very unprofessional and and the smoothies consistency’s are constantly different and chunky, or they just get my order wrong and give you attitude if you tell them. The inside is also dirty. I would just avoid this location, I will not be returning.
