The absolute worst Starbucks location around. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt too many times now so at this point I’ll just leave a review and never go back. It doesn’t seem like they train their staff to know how to make ANY of these drinks correctly. My husband and I order one of the most basics things you can get - an iced vanilla latte - yet every time they mess it up. It tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing considering these drinks are so expensive. I’m so over having to always have them remake it so after today we will not be back to this location. There goes another $7 down the drain because we chose to come here. 👍🏼

Order online just to come in to see a sign saying “closed sorry for the inconvenience”. Staff states no one to close store and they get off at 2…. Arrived to get my mobile order at 1:20. Then was told to see Kroger customer service to figure out a refund. #hotgarbage

I normally don't complain about my favorite starbucks in coweta county. I'm going to have too this time. There is no oatmilk for the Bautista to make my brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso. I'm very upset about that. I come here everyday and to hear that there's no oatmilk. Gets me frustrated. I have tried non dairy creamer that was so thick. The almond milk is a little thick also. I need my oatmilk.

I will admit I'm not a coffee person. Yet with cooler weather in our area, friends convinced me to have a Starbucks beverage. The personal care and attention to details were impressive. Not knowing all the brand has to offer, the associate was more than informative when assisting me. And t noticed that anyone that had anything to do with making my coffee, signed their name or initials were written on my cup.

I mean I guess people always need coffee. The girl behind the counter was super sweet. No seating obviously, and as usual Starbucks is overpriced more mediocre coffee. $7 for a small plain hot tea and one shot of espresso.
