The experience was phenomenal and the performance of the team truly exceptional. After a 16 hour direct flight from Cape Town, South Africa, this was a welcome sight after being out of the country for close to two weeks. This store is our go to as we transition in and out of Georgia.

Pretty much the only Starbucks I go to. The people in here are actually friendly and seem to be enjoying life rather than the rude (why would you dare to interrupt my day to spend money in my establishment) reception that I'm accustomed to in other Starbucks locations. The seating is comfortable here as well which is a huge bonus.l compared to other locations seem to have downgraded to hard chairs only with no cushioned booths. These guys are doing it right!

The manager of this location is extremely unprofessional. My fiancé and I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. We have been through multiple amazing managements, different district managers and 1 remodel and 1 complete renovation of the building. It is unfathomable that one day she decided to ban my fiancé from this location because he complained that he has had whole milk added to his drink 10+ times when he is EXTREMELY ALLERGIC! He has had extremely terrible days due to the negligence of the staff for putting whole milk into his drink even though he has ordered the drink with soy milk. The day he was telling another employee to remake his drink, Shantel got up in his face, accused him of “cussing out an employee” and banned him for the staffs negligence. Ever since Shantel has become manager of this location the quality and atmosphere of this location has gone down hill.
Some time passed and I decided to make a stop to use the restroom and pick up food since I was thinking I wasn’t banned because I was not in the store at the time she falsely banned my fiancé from this location. My fiancé waited in the truck…I walked in with my second partner to use the restroom and pick up food…Shantel then said that “y’all are not allowed in here and we should know that” which is a lie because she never said we were banned in person and my second partner was not there. So I decided to take a picture of her so i can write my review about this location. She became irritate and started shouting and creaming from across the room like a crazy person, then started should information about my personal like with my brother and I in the store in front of everyone. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. If you are allergic to anything serious like drinking WHOLE MILK even when you requested SOY MILK, keep an eye on the folks making your drinks because they are not trained well by this manager.

Every time i come into this location for a walk in order it takes 15+ minutes during off peak times. It’s frustrating.

First of all, this is my favorite Starbucks location (and I’ve been to too many). My drink is always perfectly made, my order is always correct, and they are so fast and courteous.
I went on the dreaded red-cup-day and spoke with an awesome young guy named Jordan. I knew people were being rude to staff on this day because for some reason people get greedy over a red cup. Jordan did his absolute best to put on a smile and be helpful anyway.
The line was wrapped around the building and he still took a moment to be kind and have a quick chat with me while I waited. People like Jordan deserve so much recognition from corp.s like Starbucks. The customer service experience is part of the reason I stay far away from places like Dunk!n. My visit reaffirmed why I love coming to Starbucks and particularly this location. Keep up the good work Jordan!!
