Pulled out of the drive thru and got on the interstate. Then put our straws in for the first sip.....absolutely disgusting!!!! Wasted 20$ on 2 drinks that are trash. Definitely DO NOT recommend this location!!!!!

This was my first experience ordering here, and sadly, it will also be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the vibrant atmosphere and the inviting aroma of freshly brewed drinks. However, I was left puzzled by the unprofessional demeanor of the manager and staff. I had ordered seven drinks for my team, but to my surprise, they had no bags available to carry them.
When I inquired about a bag, one employee handed me two tiny bags that clearly couldn't accommodate all the drinks. Confused, I asked if they had larger bags, and that's when the situation escalated. The employee approached the manager, who, rather loudly, seemed to misunderstand my request for a bigger bag entirely. In a rather animated manner, the employee even resorted to using hand gestures to illustrate what I meant.
Eventually, I was told there were no bags available. Since I had already received the two small bags, I then asked if they could provide two cup trays to help reorganize the drinks. Unfortunately, the response was a flat no, as they claimed to have nothing else to offer me. The manager's lack of adequate supplies and their response, which felt dismissive and rude, fell short of what I expected in terms of customer service and leadership.
Throughout this experience, I noticed the employees exchanging glances, perhaps sensing the tension in the air. While I can appreciate that the manager might have been having a tough day, all I was hoping for was for my beloved Starbucks brand to leave me with a positive impression, as it has done in the past.

I don't understand how I can place my order online and still wait 15 additional minutes. I come to this location often and as of late it's always something. Then the guy at the window was so nonchalant. He didn't apologize or anything. You guy's need to do better!

I get a coffee here a few times a week and I’ve been helped by quite a few Baristas. But I had a standout experience
I normally order ahead so it’s ready when I get there. One day I showed up and sat down and Janaiya, One of my regular baristas, called me over and let me know that when I walked in she didn’t see my ticket but she made my drink anyway. Turns out I ordered at a different location by accident. It’s rare to receive this level of service so I figured I’d write a review. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend!

You will spend half an hour in the drive through. All the workers are always busting it, so they're either understaffed by management or Newnan is just too basic. If the latter, consider this a two star review of myself and my community.

My mom and I visited this Starbucks on May 10th as a pre–Mother’s Day treat. We don’t go to Starbucks often, especially given the political climate, but we decided to stop by for one of my old favorite drinks—an iced matcha. Initially, we ordered it with sweet cream but changed our minds at the window and asked to have it made with lemonade instead. The barista seemed confused, but we went ahead, paid, and drove off.
After tasting the drink, my mom realized she didn’t like it, so we returned—politely—to ask for it to be remade. The cashier was understanding and got the manager, and that’s when the entire experience took a nasty turn.
The store manager came to the window already combative, loud, and visibly irritated—as if she had it out for us from the jump. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, she immediately began arguing with us for five minutes straight. Her energy was hostile, her tone was condescending, and she showed no intention of de-escalating or resolving a very common customer service issue. Mind you, the corrected drink was already made and sitting beside her the entire time.
It was clear that this manager lacks not only basic customer service training but also the patience and emotional maturity needed to work in hospitality. Mistakes with drink orders happen all the time—it’s part of the job. Her reaction was excessive, uncalled for, and deeply unprofessional. She made what should’ve been a simple fix feel like an all-out confrontation.
If you don’t have the temperament to deal with customers respectfully, especially over something as minor as a drink remake, you shouldn’t be managing a store. We’ll definitely be contacting corporate.

The barista gave me a hard time and told me to place my mobile order sooner even though it was just one coffee. What’s the difference between placing it online vs at the window? It’s the same amount of time to make the coffee and I’m sick of getting watered down coffee.

I visited from out of town and am a retired Sbux partner and must say the manager at this store is phenomenal!! I believe her name is Shantelle (sorry if I got it wrong) and her whole outlook and attitude are spot on, so friendly and personable. She is what a manager should be. I was so happy I stopped in.
