I placed a mobile order and went inside a little after to pick up. No one was working at the Starbucks inside of the Krogers. There was sign saying, “be right back”. I walked around Krogers and came back and no one was there still. I waited 10 minutes more before I called a Starbucks customer service line requesting a refund for my order. I gave this a two star since I was given money back on my Starbucks app for the order I had made.

I have coffee all over my clothes and my car this morning because the tall Starbucks cup collapsed under the lid. This is the THIRD time and I’m furious. I was handed the coffee at the drive through and the cup collapsed immediately. I requested to speak to the manager. Apparently, the cups have been redesigned but not the lids. Paying $6.15 for a defective product means loyal costumers will be leaving in droves.

The staff at this location is beyond terrible, they asked me to show the paperwork for my service dog, for starters the coffee or any product are far from good, except for a coupe of refreshments, the windows look horrible, do customers a favor and clean them, and learn some manners to treat customers.
