I love Starbucks, but the staff in the early morning is extremely unfriendly and rude. I spend lot of money over the years. It is one of my guilty pleasures and during thr work week I stop by there almost every morning around 630. I order through Mobile app and run in and I always say good morning and thank you them in a friendly voice, despite their lack of response, their unsmiling faces, and lack of joy. I feel like they are in customer service and have plenty of caffeine available to show some sort of kindness, friendliness, amd joy to thr customers. I still tip and yet its becoming harder and harder to want to. Its the most convenient Starbucks along route, so I will continue to stop, but I think its about time I at least say something and maybe something can be done. The manager is just as unfriendly as the other staff so talking directly to her isn't helpful.

Ive gone here 3 times in the past month since its the only one on my way home, gotten the same thing, and today will be my last day going there, I asked for an iced drink, instead of remaking it, they just poured the hot coffee on top of ice ( its supposed to be blended ) plastic cup was hot when I got home

This is the best Starbucks I have been too. I wanted to try a drink with oat milk and they made me a tiny one and it was great. I have been hooked on oat milk ever since. That small act of kindness made my day so much bc my morning had started off a little crazy. It really showed there is still kindness out there in the service world. Thanks to the staff here for always making sure I have a great morning when I come through! You guys are the true MVP.

This Starbucks location is fantastic! Group order all came out at the same time. An employee was walking around offering everyone water. The place is clean with multiple comfortable seating areas. This Starbucks outshines all the ones in PTC.

I'm an old partner and supervisor so I get the frustrations of the job but the attitude I received today because I made a mistake with my latte and asked for it to be remade was uncalled for. The shift supervisor wearing a black apron ( I'm assuming coffee master) was very rude. I explained to her that I thought the brown sugar latte automatically came with blonde espresso. She corrected me and said No sternly. I said ok well my mistake could I have it remade. She said anything else as if she had something to do other than work. Like girl get it together. Also to mention I came a few days ago and the baristas had a whole conversation instead of making drinks with one car in the drive thru. Too many other options for coffee and even Starbucks for them to run the store this way.
Girl behind the counter with the crazy eyes said she didn't trust Tim Horton's cause they were canadian. Honestly? Based. 10/10 would recommend.

I placed a mobile order and went inside a little after to pick up. No one was working at the Starbucks inside of the Krogers. There was sign saying, “be right back”. I walked around Krogers and came back and no one was there still. I waited 10 minutes more before I called a Starbucks customer service line requesting a refund for my order. I gave this a two star since I was given money back on my Starbucks app for the order I had made.
