We were about to order and my husband was told that he couldn't add sweet cream foam to his hot latte drink because it will melt. We agreed that we know but that's what she want but the employee refused to take our order at all. She said Starbucks can't do that and refused our order. We had to leave there to come across the street to get our order from the separate Starbucks.

I placed an order 5 minutes before I arrived at Kroger. I went in, filled a prescription and walked towards the Starbucks counter. No drink, no employees behind the counter. A young guy with glasses sitting at the table eating tostino chips and wearing a plain black t-shirt said nothing to me and got up to make my drink. Said nothing to me while he made it and handed it to me silently. I get that you want to take a break or rest for a minute, but at least acknowledge me. It felt rude and the employee acted as if I interrupted his break time. My girlfriend, when I told her, said she has had issues with the same employee. Just say "hey drink will be ready in a minute, I'm making it fresh for you". I would have tipped him like I always tip the barista. First time I haven't tipped there.

The people at this Starbucks in Kroger are so nice! I've never had a bad experience. Today my son and I went in and 2 guys were working (I regret not getting their names!) But, they were SO SWEET and talkative and really made my day. Our drinks came out perfect and they were so nice to my 7 year old. Thank yall so much!

The young lady who is running the store here at 8 AM December 3, 2021 has just been the absolute sweetest. The woman in front of me made about 15 changes to her one cup of coffee and the girl never flinched. I am so impressed and would hire this girl in a heartbeat to run my business. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have been to my fair share. I get coffee here every morning before work, and I have yet to have a less than stellar experience. The staff is always extremely friendly, and most importantly (to me) the drinks are consistent. I’ve been to many other Starbucks (and coffee shops in general) where the drinks can be mediocre to great, depending on the barista working that day. This one has very little variation. It’s an added plus that everyone that works here is so friendly! The friendly staff and great coffee will ensure your morning sets you up to have a wonderful day.

I stood in line for almost 10 minutes while the girls working talked to the person in front of me. Then they were unable to make my drink because they had already closed the frappuccino machine down. They close at 8pm, I was placed my ordered at 7:45 pm. I will not order from here again.

Totally inconsistent results. No foam no whip gets you 3/4 cup of coffee..totally irritating. I want it to be a full cup of coffee at the prices that are charged. Many times it tastes like cold or hot milk...no coffee. I've seen many people ask to get their drinks to be remade only to get the same thing again and leave in frustration. Often times there is only one poor person working at the busiest time of the morning.
