Service could have been better, they seemed more concerned with drive thru customers even though me and 2 friends were the only people there inside at the time we ordered, and they made my drink wrong 2 times and forgot I ordered a breakfast Sandwich, but they could have just been having an off day ?♀️
The guy that took my order. Was very kind. Followed through with saying his name, asking my name, waited for me to finish my order and everything. Once I got to the window it was a girl. She did not address me. Did not tell me my total, and when I said thanks for my drink, her response was yup. I usually always tip. But today I did not because of her. I come there Monday through Friday after dropping my kid off to school, hopefully she will be better next time.
This was my go to Starbucks throughout the week, sadly the service in the morning has gone really down hill unfortunately. The girl taking orders in the drive through, Cheyenne, is just so rude! Her and the smaller blonde girl need a lesson on how to talk to customers. I remember when Starbucks used to be the at place for customer service, not anymore I guess. The drinks were great, same with my sandwich, just the attitude I received wasn't.
