I havent been to Steak and Shake in years but decided to try it out. Destiny and Kobe were fantastic and had the greatest customer service! Not to mention, Kobe prepared our meals perfectly and executed my request. We will definitely frequent here more often due to the service they gave my family!

My lunch spot when passing thru. Friendly, helpful. The staffs speaks when you walk in and not letting the Ai kiosk run the show. Short wait for fresh cooked (not microwaved) food. And the prices are justified, burger very flavorful.

The person who have me my food was very rude. I ordered online and waited 10 minutes by the counter where it says to pick up online orderpast when it says my order is ready. She made a rude smart elic comment like I was supposed to know she had to get it from the kitchen instead of bringing to the ONLINE ORDER PICKUP counter
