Went to steak and shake on 2/1/2026. Really clean. But it was like a self service gas station you had to do everything for yourself not really any customer service. The food was OK not anything to write about. The prices are kinda high but so is everywhere in this day and age. The milkshakes looked good but don't try the dreamsicle one. Not very tasty. All in all an okay place.

Absolutely horrible location. Contactless, kiosk orders only. Have to scan receipts to make a drink. Paying employees to simply sit and call out people's name when order is ready. $12 for a combo that couldn't even be brought to my table. Absolute worst restaurant ever

They used to have great fries. The beef tallow cooking oil change may be more healthful but I haven't adapted to the new, greasy taste. The Kiosk ordering system seems to work pretty well. Place your order and they'll call you to the counter when ready. Shakes are still the menu leader.

Steak ‘n Shake never disappoints. The burgers were hot, fresh, and cooked just right, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Everything tasted classic and made-to-order, exactly what you want when you’re craving a real burger and shake.
Service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Great value for the quality and portions. Whether it’s a quick bite or a late-night stop, Steak ‘n Shake always hits the spot.

Um what can I say you go in and have to make your own order..I am OK with that. But then they ask you to leave a tip? I just took my own order they call number out I go to country to pick up my food and I make my own drink. When I was done eating the meh food i cleaned my own table. Who am I leaving a tip for? Do better!

Very professional,fast pace environment.Staff works as a team,in completing the main goal, fresh, delicious food; to all customers.Self ordering electronics system,you must engage it, to order your food.Waiting period, approximately 15 minutes, depending on the size of your order. Bathrooms are kept, nice & 🫧 clean. My friends, especially if you are traveling, visit them, you will certainly enjoy the food!

BIG shout out to the Newnan Steak ‘n Shake. This has been my kids’s favorite restaurant for almost 20 years. We absolutely love the burgers and Milkshakes. The restaurant is super clean, Friendly staff , You can order FAST with its 6 electronic ordering stations. My personal favor is the garlic burger and the mint Oreo milkshake. It was the weekend before Christmas, the place was packed with families having a great time. It’s a family atmosphere. The owner was even walking around, greeting all the guests personally. (Really Sweet) I give this place FIVE stars and appreciate that it’s been my kids favorite restaurant for almost 20 years. It’s by far the nicest Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been in.
