You have to do your own order. Our order was wrong. Almost zero interaction with employees. They holler when your order is ready. That's it. Food was good once they got our order correct.

What happened to this establishment? Did covid take away everything that made this place desirable? Please go back to being a full service restaurant. No one wants to order from a kiosk and have to scan qr codes for a drink just to have to grab their food from the counter. And then yall have the nerve to ask for a tip. And then the food has dropped significantly in quality and taste. It's no wonder that yall are going out of business. Do better.

All ordering is through the kiosk. You had to do lots of clicks to get to your final order. Hamburger buns were cold, like in a refrigerator. Didn't print our ticket correctly, said we didn't order a drink, but price we paid showed drinks. Have to scan for beverages, but we, didn't have the bar code because of miss printed ticket, so they wouldn't give a drink, because we didn't have a bar code. Probably won't go back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I just order door dash from this location and more than half of my food was missing. And the half that I did get was ice cold! This used to be one of my childhood favorites. But now it's just another statistic. Surely you have some food safety minimums, and I know your ppl can read! You have lost me for life. Such trash.
