Steak ‘n Shake, has changed a little. I walked in looking pretty exhausted, it was a long hot day of hard work and my daughter wanted a good ice cream shake! Things have changed up and I did not know how to work the new drink dispenser. A older gentleman came out to assist me right away. He was kind, helpful, and caring. This Steak ‘n Shake is special because of him. Thank you for caring and running a smooth restaurant. Quality people make a difference! We will return ago soon!

Having order kiosks doesn't work for people that are disabled, i.e. amputee having to use a cane can't easily also carry a tray. Very disappointed that there wasn't that personable service I used to feel.. use to always love this place. Also, was disappointed that the mushroom Swiss was no longer offered.

I love the food here! However, I'm old school & despise the lack of attendants to take your order. The order process is entirely digital from inception to payment.The shakes have a positive reputation and a chocolate with whipped cream + cherry are routinely on my order!The only problem I have with Steak'n Shake is that the business is 20 min or so from my location!

This mode of self service is not what we expected. Kiosk ordering. Having to scan a qr code for a beverage and getting yelled at by staff to make it quick was a bit off setting. Other guests were complaining as well.
Pre Covid loved going to this location. The milkshake verity is next to nothing. The food is just not as good as it was. A good cleaning would not hurt.

This establishment just told me that there were not enough staff to complete an order…is that even a thing? I feel like if they had enough staff to tell me that then…?? The “staff” member talked to me like I was an idiot for not understanding. Maybe I am but the fact they they are “open” but not able to serve seems confusing enough to me but hey what do I know.
