Aubree and Alli were working and Alli was working on a timed order. No biggie. But Aubree was restocking the drinks after she saw me, and made me wait over five minutes. I had to ask if I was going to get helped. Aubree was more than capable of helping me while Alli was working on the other order. I wish I could give zero stars. I get it work sucks but you don’t have to be rude to customers.

There is an ADVERTISEMENT on television, for $6.99 footlongs through the 16, of MARCH!!!! My husband, DROVE, to the Temple Avenue location, to find, "You HAVE to have a coupon". WHERE do you get a coupon? It's my understanding, that's "a corporate" thing.....in my opinion, it seems like FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

Usually I don't have complaints about this location but I was really disappointed with my order on 12/20. Ordered double meat this time as a Christmas treat for us, got home to find our sandwiches quite skimpy and very light on the vegetables too. The sandwiches used to be over flowing, not this evening. We hardly eat out in this economy as it is, I feel ripped off 🙁

The sandwich was skimpy. They had almost no toppings. but the price was the same. Why have they placed shields up in front of the case? So that you cannot see them short you. The sandwiches are considerably smaller than they use to be. They can't shorten the six inch measurement, but they can reduce the width. Subway, you should be ashame. What is being said on the news is exactly right. .

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE - I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER ARRIVE AT THE RESTAURANT AND THEY CANCEL THE ORDER!!! I GO ASK THEM WHY AND THEY HAVE NO ANSWER. RIDICULOUS. NO REFUND AND NO FOOD!!!!!! I AM PISSED. I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR A REFUND AND MY KIDS WERE WITH ME THEY REFUSE TO MAKE ANYTHING AND DIDNT CLOSE FOR 2 MORE HOURS. LAZY. I ordered curbside because I had my baby with me and didn’t want the hassle of getting out the car. I waited literally 10 minutes , called the store and finally decided to just go inside. My food wasn’t ready and then when I get home it’s the wrong bread. Usually, I would just eat it and let it go. But I’m not a big fan of this bread. Never going back

I was refused service because I asked for the lady to repeat herself. She left and another employee came to assist me but was so rude then told me they did not have what I wanted and I said the other lady said u had it then she told me I yelled at the lady and refused to serve me. Iam so pissed an will never eat here again.
