i normally go here but half of my sandwhich tastes like actual soap. like either soap water or they had washed their hands and didn’t put on gloves or something. because i literally can’t eat the other half of my sub and this is the only meal i can afford today. so that’s great. please be careful whatever made it taste like this
JUST CAME BACK TODAY 7/19 AND YOU SWITCHED THE BREAD AGAIN! i ordered 2 sandwhichs and you’ve switched them almost EVERY time. We have to order off two different apps just for you to get it right. WHY? PLEASE JUST READ THE WORDS ON THE ORDER AND GET IT RIGHT. i spend way too much money for 2 subs to be wrong and not enjoyed anymore for two different people. I wish i could say i’ve had issues with this subway only once. I drive farther for this subway and they still disappoint.

I'm tired of getting coupons, and they state on thing on the coupon, and the stores make changes. If the coupon excludes sandwiches already, why are they making changes and still want our business. No, sir. I'll go to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. Even Fire House!

Other than my sandwich being delicious, I witnessed an act of kindness from the owner at this location like I haven't seen in a while. A gentleman walked in and it was obvious that he was having a medical episode. The elderly man asked for a Powerade as he told the cashier that the drink was all that he wanted. He explained his medical issue, and the owner stepped in and paid for the man's drink as she asked if he needed any further help. God smiles on people like her!

As a customer who was traveling and needed a quick stop to feed my family, I expected to find a wide selection of fresh ingredients for our sandwiches. However, I was met with a desolate situation: there were no cookies for my daughter, and the lack of onion, pepper, and tomato left our food options very limited.I understand that supply issues can arise, but it is unacceptable for a store like Subway to not be fully stocked, especially during peak hours. This lack of foresight turned what should have been a quick and convenient stop into a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.Despite these shortcomings, I must highlight that the service of the employee who assisted me was friendly and professional. However, I cannot overlook the fact that the establishment was not operating at 100% capacity.In summary, my visit to Subway was a total letdown. I urge the management to take action to ensure that their store is always fully stocked and ready to meet the needs of their customers. As a consumer, I hope that my experience serves as a wake-up call to improve the quality of service at this establishment.
