Overall, 3 stars only because of online orders/pickup mistakes. I don't complain about a missing ingredient or extra ingredient, but twice now the last several weeks have flat out had the wrong sandwich given to me. Pro tip...don't do online orders during their lunch or dinner rush. They do have friendly staff.

Sandwich maker behind the counter wiped the dirty counter off with just her gloved hand, then without changing her gloves started making a sandwich for a customer. Soooo gross. The gloves are to protect the customer, not to keep employees hands clean. Management please educate.

Myself and my fiance go in there 1 time a week at least and every time we order predominately order the same food same way and every week its a different price even I young kid in there we call meat patrol ? because he in forces everyone who works. There to shake the spoon on the meat like chicken steak tuna ect but for the most part its clean and ok food just very expensive thanks.
