One of the worst Subway The lady was slow, rude, and had zero respect. She should be fired she’s dragging the whole place down.

If I could give zero stars I would I visited the pilot store in the Moreland/Newnan area located in the pilot gas station. I ordered a 6in VEGGIE sub, (now I’m not a fan of shredded lettuce so I fill my sandwich with other items), when we got to the veggie portion, I asked the worker for extra cucumbers and was told “they are getting onto us about the food cost, your only supposed to get 3”. Now as a former subway store manager, I know the basic standard is 3, and you can always add, but as a CONSUMER the food cost 1.shouldn’t have been brought to my attention because it isn’t my issue as the consumer and 2. I know that Subway does not have a limit on the amount of veggies a CONSUMER adds to their sandwich. I was completely disappointed with this whole situation and how the worker,Amanda, handled the situation. The sandwich was not up to my standards and I did not enjoy my food. The whole experience was disappointing and embarrassing.

The young man named Anthony need to change gloves everytime serving new customers becuase there are some people that is allergic to some food or for religious purpose. So needs to be little tough on chnagi g the gloves for each

This light skin girl that works there is rude and never wants to help her employees when they are in a rush she either doesn’t want to take orders or she says y’all machines are are down I’m confused does this subway need an update or are the staff just lazy I’m so tired of this please send help to this location it’s getting out of hand
