i ordered a foot long roasted turkey add bacon. i paid 4$ for the bacon for only HALF of my sandwhich to have it and it was RAW!!!!! absolutely disgusting AND a health hazard.

Friendly staff and ok customer service but every time I come here there something wrong with my order , ordered a sandwich online ultimate bmt extra meat and the guy threw normal amount of meat on it and I’m paying over 4 $ for extra ? I like this location based off convenience and location, but it’s always stingy with product even when you pay the difference for extra

Sandwich was good but I guess Im the last one on earth to realize subway prices are ridiculous. There is no way one regular and one premium footlong, a drink and, a chip should cost 32 bucks. I know its changed a lot since I was a teen working at one but

Wife and granddaughter went there Sat . 2 subs 6"ordered no Un sweet tea no bag no napkins handed cup for water was not a subway cup more like bathroom cup very unfriendly man . Last trip for our family .. This place will not last long .. Low rated need health inspection to check this place out

They gave me the a 6 inch when I paid for a footlong and then that number some Indian man answer and say this isn't subway, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE never going to this establishment

Charged me almost 14 dollars for a footlong sub I got as a wrap. Also charged 2 dollars for a large cup of ice water. What kind of trip to Subway costs almost 18 dollars for one sub and a cup of water???
Employee was on the phone when I entered and the entire time I ordered. He wasn’t holding his phone but had an earbud in. Customer service is lacking here!!

Subs are great as always however girl behind the counter could not have been ruder. The gentleman working was sweet as could be, however could NOT say the same about the other. If you don’t want to work then don’t work, don’t take it out on paying customers. Will definitely be going to other locations.

I only gave four stars because the guy who checked me out was nice and friendly. But the curly haired guy in the black glasses, act like he didn’t want to be there. Then I had to repeat the sauce I wanted and at the end he didn’t properly put all the stuff in the sandwich. I just opened the terrible wrapped sandwich and it’s a mess. Please do better thanks, shout out to the other guy

Everytime I come to this store, the employees are just a bunch of d*** kids who would rather stand there in front of a store full of people gossiping than make any effort to help the freaking customers. Today I went in and asked the girl a question about my mobile order, she tries to tell me that the Thomas Crossroads location is all the way down by the interstate. ? Do you not even know where you work, sweetie? I'm telling you, they are really d**** I'm done, I'm not coming back to this location anymore. Any location but this one.
