Went on new years and they refused service and then an employee use their car and blocked the driveway to where I was stuck and the they proceeded to be rude over the speaker about me being stuck in the drive thru will not be returning literally ridiculous
Taco Bell is rarely a great experience, but this location goes out of its way to be bad—even by the very low standard I already have for Taco Bell.
To start, the restaurant was dirty. The floors were nasty, the kitchen looked unclean, the men’s restroom was trashed, and multiple tables were dirty.
The cashier was friendly and initially tried to help when my son’s order was messed up, offering to make it right. However, the manager stepped in and refused to replace the item because it was a mobile to-go order. Shortly after, I received my own order—which was also wrong. I ordered a grilled burrito, and it wasn’t grilled at all. It was so wet it completely fell apart.
At that point, I didn’t bother complaining again. The manager clearly dislikes customers and possibly her job.
Bottom line: only eat here if you’re absolutely starving. Otherwise, go anywhere else—literally anywhere else will be better.

This location is very consistent. I hope the owner is compensating the workers fairly to keep that up
The female cashier is extremely rude and acts like the customer is an inconvenience. She needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Took an hour to get food. Lots of customers very upset over the service. People understand that many places are understaffed. Which means we need to be teaching major customer service. Remind our employees and managers that without customers you have no paycheck!!! I feel that if it had all been handled more friendly you would’ve had a lot more understanding customers. I’m giving the food 2 stars because after they finally found my order they had to replace it and then it was just thrown together. You’ve lost a customer here. I’m guessing from the customer frustrations today I’m not alone in this decision.

The drive-thru was absolutely ridiculous after placing my order sat for over 30 minutes. Unable to leave due to the way it's set up. Finally got through after pulling off realizing they had gotten my order wrong. At that point I was not going back to wait longer. Normally I don't have this issue. Don't know what was going on tonight but that was absolutely ridiculous. I need them to do better if I'm going to spend my money there!!!

Lethenia was our cashier and I have to say she was one of the most polite person with wonderful customer service i was truly impressed the manager however was a grumpy woman

Food was great, tasted fresh and the vegetarian menu is excellent. Although there was a wait, the service was still friendly and let me know where my spot was in line. I will definitely go back.

I will never stop getting a late night meal from here cause they are open late. I have had 90% more good experiences beside the bad. Im posting this to say give the workers grace and to say mistakes happen. 10-31-25. Give your crew on all shifts a raise.

Haven't been there in awhile. Went yesterday. The cashier had a attitude like I was invading her time. She said what do want, took my order, I paid, she slammed my cup on the counter and didn't even say thank you. Finally got my order. The food didn't taste right. I threw most of it in the trash. As I was leaving I started throwing up. I can't say it was food poisoning but something was bad.

Very rude woman employee. That has something out of line to say to each customer coming in. They are also very nasty to the shift leader in-front of customers, putting him in a bad place. Won’t be back here.

Food was hot staff friendly. But lobby was dirty roof has some serious leaks looks like the restaurant isn’t being maintained honestly Taco Bell do better put money into your restaurant I think it’s time for a remodel
