Only the drive-through was open and the line was long. I guess I am kind of picky, but the cheese was cold on top of my refried beans. Not the best first impression.

Check the photos. This is the BS Taco Bell expects you to wait in to pickup third party delivery orders that are already complete and just sitting on the counter. That’s why the customers food is ALWAYS COLD and their drinks are watered down. You might have better luck ordering from the one on Lower Fayetteville. The management at this location is A JOKE!

Probably will take tge time to go totge one on lower fayeytte....saw a worker shoot a bird at what i think was tge manager..saw employee go outside and smoke a cigarette wearing gloves and never changed them...made my order completely wrong...saw an employee gather tge trash ..take it out never changed gloves came back in and continue food prep....yalked with cashiet, she has a scoel on her face the entire yime....health score was 85....cost ovet 10 dollars without a drink....might as well go to a real mexican resturant....Zocalos os aithentic and cost about 15 to 16 for a meal.

i put in a mobile order before i got there and I PAYED. when i get to the window they give me the complete wrong order which is fine if you fix it. when i told her it was not the right order she insisted that they didn’t have my order (after saying they did). i showed them where it said they were making my order on the app and they took my phone, closed the window, pressed the back button on the app, and tried telling me i didn’t pay. i had to argue forever to finally get my food. took abt 30 minutes to get two drinks and four burritos.

Girl with braces in drove through needs to be fired she wiped her nose and touched my food immediately after every time I come here often due to working night shifts she's rude, gross and now told me that my card didn't have enough funds when my card definitely had money. I'm tired of her rudeness and she aways on the phone and talking with freinds she's disrespectful, and I get this is taco bell I'm a chef so I try to be nice to fast food workers she needs to work on her self before joining the workforce !
really unprofessional. staff talking about you when you're two feet away and had our door dash order sitting behind the counter the whole time. poor service

I ordered the cantina chicken burrito and the portion was so small that it's literally all tortilla. When I showed the manager she said that's how it's portioned out. Not for $5.99. That's ridiculous

Orders HAVE TO be placed on kiosk. But what really bothered us: the filth in dining area. Walls with streaks of sauce and unknown liquids. The panels on the walls are peeling up. There was one table cleaned off enough for us to eat. If our schedule would have allowed, we would have asked for our money back prior to even getting the food!!
And they have definitely raised prices!! $29. for 2 people - wish we would have went to a regular Mexican restaurant!

We ordered online. 3 meals with 3 drinks. Went through the drive thru and were given our bags and told that was everything. Pulled up and noticed one whole meal missing, went inside, spoke with employee who said he would fix it, then we were handed a bag with one item inside (not the 4 total we paid for), handed the bag back to the employee who told the line to make the other items when we were handed the bag we glanced inside to count the number of items and left (after 45 minutes one of us was late to work) when I got home and opened the bag I noticed the bottom 4 items were put in half wrapped and upside down so everything spilled out. The top items was correct which seems like it was intentionally to hide the other items. I raised an issue online and was told someone would reach out. I never got any contact but today I received a coupon code for $5 off my next order. The ruined items were over twice that much. Since the company can't even be bothered to actually follow up on issues, train staff or offer reasonable resolutions I'll just dispute it with my bank. I do want to mention I tried to just call the restaurant directly but of course no one answered.

I don’t know what we expected. We ordered food via UberEats. Over $100 order. Half the order is missing the rest of the food tastes burnt and old. We’ve literally driven there picked up food and brought it back home with absolutely no issues. So, it’s not a delivery concern. We then had to place a second order, to ensure that everyone can eat. Maybe invest in some highlighters. Mark off items as they go in the bag so nothing gets missed!? Whatever you need to do to make things better, just do it.

Overall a good late night option. Quick with the preparation of food. Few times they forgot sauces I paid extra to get but live to far to go back. Only experienced take out so 3 star atmosphere.
