I Order Hardshell taco and chips-cheese and got this. Didnt get the taco or chips LOL i dont know if someone in the back was high but I'm not even mad but just in shock ; was really funny to open and see. Ok everyone be sure to open your bag before you drive off do not care if it holds up the person behind you. I did 3 stars because they have a habit of getting orders wrong I noticed.

This was a scam! I had a terrible experience…first of all, they serving is a joke, second…they forgot one of my burritos and third…the food was nasty and it got us all sick. For the money spent I felt robbed. They should not be selling that crap. Will never come back here or other taco bell, that’s how disappointing it was.

I try my best to avoid this location, every time I’m in the drive thru they always get my order wrong or I’m missing something in my order. If I say no tomatoes my taco will be loaded with tomatoes. Not sure what’s going on back there but it’s a constant thing.

The person that you are going to put in the Drive-Thru you need to properly train them so they can answer the customer's questions as well as take the order in a timely manner. My husband place the order in the Drive-Thru and then after he placed the order the customer service rep asked him to repeat the order which is very frustrating. Then when we got around to the drive-thru window to give her my code again so I can get my reward points she thought we were doing a separate order. Handed debit card to make the payment they would not give us a receipt because they said the printer was not printing and she almost tried to keep my husband's debit card. So not a very good customer service experience at this Taco Bell and most likely will not be back.
Based on my various experiences here, this location has been pretty consistent with getting my orders correctly and the food tasting fine. But the customer service from the different employees I've encountered has normally been bad. They aren't kind or friendly to speak with. I would rate this location 5 stars of it wasn't for their bad service. So 3 stars it is based on the good food quality and accuracy of orders placed.

12/23/24 PM. inside order missing items and had incorrect items. Getting this resolved took over 15 minutes. Manager person was visably upset and complaining to someone through an air pod. Tried to ring me up for a gift card that didn't exist, but had to refund me by some shady fake transaction. My low expectations were not met here.

I know it’s cheap fast food but...honestly will not be back...the person that had to redo the order was very nice.. just horrible food?
Tried online 10/27/24 even after saying I would not come back. This is why absolutely ridiculous for a food chain!
