My husband and I were at Texas Roadhouse in Newnan tonight. This has been our favorite restaurant but no longer. After getting our food and halfway through our meal, a huge cock roach come across the table to my plate. I informed the server and the manager came and apologized and said what do you want me to do, just charge you for the drinks? I can't believe a manager would ask us to pay for anything after seeing the roach on the table. We won't be back and I would not recommend.

I ordered to go and my husband picked it up on his way home. We ordered medium rare steaks and both were overcooked and tuff. I’m very disappointed because I’m normally very pleased with Texas Roadhouse.

Our flight was delayed so we decided to stop for dinner. Couldn’t have picked a better place! The service was outstanding, which is something I haven’t been able to say in a very long time. We sat at the bar and shout out to Abby, Peyton and manager Kaitlyn! They worked so well together. They were very attentive and made sure we had everything. The restaurant was super busy but our food got to us in record time. There were a few “regulars” there too which I think speaks volumes. Oh, plus the dinner was filling and a great price. Highly recommend!!!

Never order prime rib here. Some fat is expected with this cut but 35 to 40 percent is outrageous. Have not had a worse prime rib in my life. Shame because the other food items were quite good and the service was great. It was crowded and noisy but we did not go there for atmosphere. I will come back again but will not be eating prime rib. A restaurant that takes pride in its food should never serve an item that looked so obviously inferior.

I ordered 8oz. Sirloin steak medium rare. The steak came out medium and it didn't even look like a steak. The waitress took it back, and I waited 25 minutes for another steak. The second steak came out burnt on top and bottom, and came out medium. Also, the women's bathroom was extremely dirty, and the baby's changing table was awful. The Cook cooking the steaks didn't want to cook today. Location was Newnan, GA
