I don't do reviews unless there is reason to do so and this entire experience has been one of the worst I've ever had. Under Georgia Health code: Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 511-6-1-.05. Silverware and equipment are to be cleaned and sanitized and to be stored properly to prevent contamination, requiring washing after every use or 4 hours. I would like to know why I am receiving silverware, plates, and glass cups that still have food matter. When the manager finally came around she looked at my husband and I like we were belligerent and unintelligible. She lacks professionalism. Our server was delightful and apologetic however the rest of the staff was unbearable. This experience is definitely worthy of a phone call to a health inspector. If you value your health and or your money, Do not eat here because they don't value you either.

As a person who's from Texas and has had his fair share of TX Roadhouse, this location, something wasn't right. Everything was off. The ribs, mashed potatoes, green beans, even the Coke Zero was off. The food lack flavor and seasoning. What really ticked me off was, I ordered an iced tea to replace the Coke Zero. I was low, rather than the server bring another glass, he brought some in a styrofoam cup. A cup that looked like he was drinking out of it, and poured the tea into my glass. At that point, I was D.O.N.E.

It is a typical Texas Roadhouse, though not the service I’m used to. I ordered the chicken with no BBQ sauce, yet it made it to the table with the sauce. I was told they were making me a new piece. Upon re-arriving, it was the old piece of chicken rinsed off and reheated a bit (I would assume microwaved). It still tasted strongly of BBQ sauce. The server offered to have a new pice made, but by this point the dinner was essentially over. Just not at all the service I’m used to. The rest of the meal was typical.

We had an excellent experience at Texas Roadhouse thanks to our server, Erica❣️ She was attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out.

Erica went above and beyond to make son's 9th birthday dinner special, and that extra care meant a lot to me. She created a welcoming and memorable experience.

Customer service like this makes all the difference—Erica is a true asset to Texas Roadhouse. We will definitely be asking for her again!

I ordered curb side and should have checked my order before I pulled off. I realized when I got home that order was wrong and not what I ordered. I had missed calls from restaurant but when I called back, I was placed on hold waiting for a manager for way too long, so I hung up. I was not about to drive back so I accepted and ate what I had. Food was good.

Didn’t get to eat what we ordered due to them burning the heck out of it. They were going to remake it, but by then they had sat about 30 teens from a team in the same small room as us, and we had to get out of there as they were making it uncomfortable for our kids. Rolls were good, service was ok once we had our server, but the lady at the front was like on another planet and kept seating people who would come in after us. Kind of frustrating with 4 younger kids wanting to get situated.

The food is always good. Getting a text saying you're up next the having to sit back down for 10 minutes because somebody that did online check-in jumps ahead of you is annoying. Stop the online check-in bs. People need to get back to waiting their turn like everyone else.
