Ordered over $125 worth of food to go. Their number 7 that's on their website to be exact. Got all the way home in Fairburn to find NO SNOW CRABS. Called the store back to explain the mix up of the issue. The manager stated they was a franchise not the regular Juicy Crab, that their number 7 was head on shrimp with corn and potatoes. I stated the pictures on the website was the number 7 I have ordered several times before had shrimp with No head and snow crab plus corn and potatoes. Mind you my daughter, my husband and I have ate from this place several times before the same order and it came with snow crabs. The manager asked did I order from Newnan or just juicy crab, like I was slow or something. Needless to say we had to drive 20 minutes back up there to take the food back for them to process the refund. Most restaurants if they messed up they would have admitted to it and just refund without having to go out your way to return the food. Never again don't waste your time or money on this place.

I went on a relatively quiet night. The food was well seasoned. The spice was well balanced and not overwhelming. The potatoes and corn were cooked very well. The fried fish had great flavor and an even better texture. The hush puppies were a perfect blend of crispy exterior and soft inside. The fishbowl drink was pretty strong for the size, but the margarita was delicious (and I don't enjoy most margaritas). Definitely a nice, calm, and quiet atmosphere.

If you want good drinks and good seafood on Newnan, Juicy Crab is it. I went here after work with my friend. They have food and drink specials everyday. The Pina colada and fried shrimp basket I had were both on point. This was not my 1st time here, just my 1st review.

If you're a seafood lover who enjoys getting a little messy for some flavor, Juicy Crab is definitely worth a visit. The aroma of Cajun spices and buttery garlic sauce hits you once you walk-in- and it only gets better from there!
Special shout-out to Anika for providing such great service! A family staple for sure!
We always have a good experience when we come, much prefer than to go to reb lobster. Marie was our server and she was great. Super fast and attentive. Will come back. Perfect hush puppies.

I always come to this juicy crab, but this experience was horrible. Our server was very inattentive and we felt like we really didn’t get serviced at all. The food was horrible. We felt like the food was definitely less than what we usually get. I always get the #11 and the food portion was noticeably less. I called the manager to discuss this issue and he brought me more shrimp and muscles. We then noticed are food was extremely cold and lukewarm, and also lacked sauce. We called our server to get are food heated up and she seemed extremely annoyed(I would be too but if we had proper food we wouldn’t be complaining). After she took are food it took her about 10min to bring the food back out and by that time me and my party was annoyed and said we just wanted our checks and to speak with the manager. The manager ended up taking care of our tab, which was nice. The reason for this review is the fact that we were treated as if we were being annoying for speaking up about food that was not good and overpriced. I will definitely not be back to this establishment and will be driving further if I crave seafood in the future.
