The coffee was okay. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t worth the price that was charged. This would be a nice place to sit with friends or maybe bring your laptop and get some work done however, when I went they had the AC absolutely blasting (my visit was still during winter when it was about 40 degrees outside). The only good thing I found about this place were the workers. They were very friendly :)

Day number 2 of the same terrible service. I went inside both mornings. Took a few minutes to acknowledge me both days. The door chimes as soon as someone walks in the front door, but it seems the “Tim” way is to just “let em wait”. Today, I walked in(the photo you see with this review), this lady was holding a plastic menu, looking at the menu board comparing them. I know she heard the door chimes go off, and then a 6’ 225 built guy out of the corner of her eye. ZERO acknowledgement, and kept looking at the customer menu board, then proceeded to walk away. I gave them two chances, but I’ll never be back here again!

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Staff is unprepared and confused. running out of items in the morning. pouring coffee leave it sitting getting cold while waiting for food. Not A good experience.

Husband went to go get me my usual Plain Bagel double toasted with BUTTER & 10ct tim bits. When he ordered I was on the phone with him so I knew what he was ordering, when he gets up to pay at the drive thru the person started arguing with my husband that he ordered Plain Bagel double toasted with cream cheese…I’m allergic to cream cheese why in the world would he order such a thing if i’m allergic, plus i heard what he had ordered and the person should of just fix it. Not that hard to remake a bagel and put BUTTER on it like he asked for. I know Tim’s is still new to GA but you guys need to train your employees better.
