They hardly have menu items and they still charge the same price for items they do not have to complete the orders. I’ve ordered refresher 3 times the last 2 times they said they were out of the fruit that goes into the refreshers, no discounts given they just closed the window when I asked. And my pastry was burnt.

This place was great when it first opened, but it's gone downhill fast. The donuts are dry and stale and some of the girls at the window are less than friendly. I give up.

The workers here close the store early and regularly don’t have product ready. The fairburn location is 100 percent better and the one I’ll be frequenting! This location has lost my business due to the low quality of food and poor customer service

I go out of my way to come to this Tim Hortons because the service has always been great, food fresh, and mostly importantly the coffee is always fresh and delicious! Even when they are extremely busy , short staffed, the employees are always pleasant and very friendly….
Asked for a decaf drink. One girl said they could and another said they’re not allowed. Only decaf option is drip coffee. Both restrooms are completely out of order. What are the workers supposed to do? 🤢 There was no other customer there, at least 4 workers, and the dining space was not clean. I bought a small box of donut holes and they were okay, but not even fully glazed.

The food is amazing!! So much better than Dunkin and Starbuck.. This is definitely my new breakfast place!! I even got my coworkers hooked on it.. The prices are absolutely perfect!! Definitely cheaper than the other two!!
