I ordered vegetarian pho, chicken pho, and 2 appetizers. Both bowls of pho had bugs in them. I showed the server and manager, who did apologize, though I had to request that the pho be taken off the bill. While I appreciated the apology, the experience itself was very disappointing and concerning. I cannot recommend dining here based on this visit.

If i could give zero stars I would. The place was fairly empty. We were celebrating my birthday. We had a small group. The staff was very rude & acted like they didn't want us there or to serve us. We tried to make the best of it as we were there to celebrate me. I was highly offended and will not be returning.

I've been to this pho place before and will def not be going back because i found hair in my food, my hair is short and blonde. this is very nasty considering i have been here before and they should have hair nets on. definitely will not be back.
I walked into this restaurant and was immediately let down. No one greeted me when I arrived. After standing awkwardly for about five minutes, someone finally called out from the back, saying we could sit anywhere — still without coming out to actually speak to us. The place was practically empty, with only one other couple dining, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention.
We chose a table and sat there for eight more minutes, and still, not a single word from anyone. I counted at least three visible workers who seemed to have no interest in acknowledging us. I felt completely disregarded and honestly embarrassed for bringing my significant other here to try it out.
Sadly, we had to leave without even being spoken to. I guess we’ll stick with Ruby Pho next time — at least they know how to treat their customers.
