Best pho in Newnan without a doubt!! Every time my son & i come here we eat the shrimp pho, the broth is awesome & flavorful. My son also likes to get the chicken fried rice, shrimp appetizer, as well as dumplings. 9/10 when you walk in you can seat yourself which i find easy peasy. I'd like to say this is also a family orientated business , they're always attentive & quick. Very calm vibe, a quiet place & the food is consistent every single time .. 10/10 recommend! Anyday! Love this place!

I dine in here weekly because the food is excellent. However, I must mention the female manager's consistently COLD attitude. Since my first visit, I haven't received a single greeting, and upon leaving, no one said goodbye to me—even though she’s sitting down and chatting with the other female employee. Interestingly, three minutes earlier, she politely said goodbye to a table of white customers. I don't want to be overly sensitive about a simple goodbye, but this happens EVERY TIME I visit. And I have to mention that the tip was not the reason she treated me terribly. I left a tip of more than 20% every time. But what I got was just a glass of cold water……

The food is very good but I cannot say the same about the service! The manager is very racist and you can tell that he doesn’t like black people. I ate here on several occasions and had two run ins with the manager. He is very rude and don’t like people that bring their kids in the restaurant. I tried giving a second chance after the first incounter but unfortunately I will not spend anymore money with them because of this rude manager!

I came into eat for my lunch break ordered my pho and some spring roles, my food came out I ordered chicken,eyeround and brisket instead of brisket they gave me tendons, chicken and eyeround . Told the waiter this order is wrong I didn't order that and instead of taking the whole bowl in the first place he comes back with a side of brisket to put in the messed up order ? ? . I didn't want what they gave me and asked to have it all fixed and he got it fixed but with a additude pretty much. When the food arrived I now had no utensils to eat with and mentioned can I get some chopsticks and also can I get another plate of basil and cilantro since the last 1 went in that messed up bowl. The waiter had to pretty much complain about having to bring out more bean sprouts and everything when really I just asked for cilantro and basil, I still had some of the other stuff left they did t have to bring that but they wouldn't listen to whatbi was trying to say they just walked off. In the end it took them another 20 or so minutes to bri g the bill and when the waiter brought the bill he said I don't have to come back if I don't want too. And so I will never come back they lost a customer for life and I know they don't care either. Before I left they waiter said bye and that there policy is to say bye to everyone so well here is my BYE AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK. LEARN TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND WHEN SOMETHING IS MESSED UP TO JUST FIX IT WITH OUT ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER OVER SOME BEAN SPROUTS AND BASIL GROW UP.LAST AND FINAL TIME IVE EATING PHO THERE I DONT CARE HOW GOOD IT WAS . ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME FOR THAT TREATMENT.

P H.O was authentic, I really like the lychee smoothie. The broth was to die for and it came out piping hot. My only complaint was I wish I was a little more meat in it but to be quite honest, I’d still go back because I haven’t really found a pho place that I liked as much as this close by.
