Nae was the most careless waitress ever then when my order was ready it sat for over 5 minutes even though she acknowledged it was mine and ready to make it worse I was charged for onions in my bowl good thing I checked cause there were none. Moral of the story better check everything oh yes

The food arrived cold yet the chocolate milks arrived warm. Our waitress, name started with an S, had such a negative attitude. She almost seemed like she was bored and didn't want to be there. Took forever for a coffee refill. We came in at 8:15 in the morning and the place was dead yet it took very long for our food to show up. My family won't be coming to this location anymore.

Our food and the restaurant itself were what I expected but our waiter was awesome! I didn't catch his name and I wish I did because I want to thank him for actually doing his job and taking care of his customers instead of standing around talking or going outside. He was very attentive, polite and friendly while still being professional. Thank u so much for that!

Today is 9/18/2024 @ 10:45pm. Just ordered a quarter plate well done with hashbrowns Got home was unable to eat burger due to a long strand of hair in my burger? unable to reach out to let them know since they donât take call in. Hopefully they see this and keep hands out of their hair and keep hair pinned up. Thanks. God Bless

I don't like the new online ordering app. It doesn't allow you to customize your bread choices. When you call you get an automated service and then it hangs up on you. Regardless, folks working were super nice!

Ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and drink which came to be 12.50 , the biscuit had hair in it so I didnât want it anymore , I then went to the register and handed her the ticket to pay for my drink she tried to charge me for the entire ticket which is crazy because I didnât even eat the food , I stated that I wasnât paying for it , she then proceeded to ask her coworker what she should do and she said take the eggs off and then tried to charge me 8.50 which again is crazy because I did not eat anything I then stated I wasnât paying for that but I would pay for my drink . The other co worker she was asking to help with the situation had an attitude about everything which was weird because just do your job simple . The waiter was very understanding and patient . Never had an issue at this location but they shift is ridiculous please do better
