I ordered my food at 12:05 i work about ten minutes away it they said it would be ready by 12:15 I arrived two minutes after they still hadn’t started on my food and coming in they wasn’t busy at all and had a full staff they said they would call my order out and it still wasn’t called out until 12:25 this is inconvenient for someone who preordered food

First of all I would like to know on my receipt under the other is an 8.36 charge right along with service charge and Togo fee . Doesn't make any since why u guys like ripping people off . 2nd of all you had one thing and that was to get order right eggs wasn't cooked right food was cold missing my grits bacon was burnt and parts of my waffle was missing will not be back . Need to hire people that wants to work

Very poor customer service. Waited 10 minutes to place my order and pay. Waited the first 2 before I was even spoken to. Not at all busy during this time either. There has been consistently lazy customer service every time I have had to go to this sad waffle house. Needs and entire new staff and management.

The server with the footlong eyelashes needs to put her phone away. You will not be greeted or served until she's done watching whatever video she is currently watching. It's a shame since it's otherwise a great location.
Went with my family tonight before baseball practice and all I can say is Cory is awesome! He was super attentive to us and kept the mood light which is always appreciated. The food was delicious as always and with a waiter as nice and funny as he was, it was that much better.

It waffle house! I'm pretty sure if they had a waffle house cook-off this one would win. My wife and I come here fairly often for lunch and usually get the Texas patty melt. Can't go wrong!

Was ingnored for at leat 15 mins then seated at a dirty table only to wait another 30 min to get our drinks now at 45 min after getting there we place our order 30 min later food comes out nowhere near right

Nae was the most careless waitress ever then when my order was ready it sat for over 5 minutes even though she acknowledged it was mine and ready to make it worse I was charged for onions in my bowl good thing I checked cause there were none. Moral of the story better check everything oh yes
