Kim Jennifer Gina are amazing workers. And Kim I can say is a lot of customers label her as their favorite cook. She is so sweet calm, and really knows what she is doing, she can have conversations while making the orders without an error or even thinking about. It becomes that natural for her. I have only lived in Newnan for 5 months and I have been to this location to many times lol and I don’t even use my phone for entertainment when she is working, I am so fascinated by her skills. I have been to so many Waffle Houses and have never seen a cook that could do it better… there is another cook here that goes so fast to the point he gets the orders wrong, burns 4 waffles just to make one, he is hostile towards the other staff members and just puts a bad taste in everyone’s mouth.

We always enjoy eating at Waffle House and this location is just great. The food is very consistent, always good and served quickly and hot. The atmosphere is fun, usually busy but still quick and efficient. Our server was very friendly and attentive. A good meal.

Service at this Waffle House was terrible on 12/14/24 between 6:45p and 7:15pm. Staff appeared to be one waitress and one cook but while we were there, one table left, one carryout came in, and one other table came in. In other words, not very busy. Started off with cold coffee and ended with having to ask too many times for the items that we requested when we placed our order. Didn't receive anything to drink until the plates were nearly empty. Never saw the mustard. When I expressed dissatisfaction while checking out, the cook laughed at us. Registered a complaint on their website. We won't be back unless we hear something from the management.
