Service at this Waffle House was terrible on 12/14/24 between 6:45p and 7:15pm. Staff appeared to be one waitress and one cook but while we were there, one table left, one carryout came in, and one other table came in. In other words, not very busy. Started off with cold coffee and ended with having to ask too many times for the items that we requested when we placed our order. Didn't receive anything to drink until the plates were nearly empty. Never saw the mustard. When I expressed dissatisfaction while checking out, the cook laughed at us. Registered a complaint on their website. We won't be back unless we hear something from the management.

This location in particular is always awful. They have ALWAYS gotten my order wrong somehow. Go to the other one by Kroger. It’s insane how bad this location is.

Food was hot and fresh Service was the best I've ever had at a Waffle
We had breakfast this morning, staff was friendly and food was nice and hot. We had a Texas steak, cheese and bacon sandwich with hash browns, yes, scattered, smothered and covered. Wife had the sausage, egg, cheese and hash brown bowl. All cooked to perfection!
Standard waffles, eggs and sausage for an affordable price. Gina was really pleasant
