Found a black curly hair about 2 inches long in my omelet and I have blonde hair. When I informed the cook and waitress they acted like I put it there. They charged me full price and didn't even apologize or anything. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again.

I asked for my eggs over-easy. The cashier called back "eggs over-medium". I attempted to correct her and she advised me that "over-easy eggs are called over-medium". I tried to explain the difference and that I wanted runny yokes, she assured me that over-medium has runny yokes (which based on other commentors, they do actually believe this). Well, I get home and dig in, and the eggs are cooked over-well/over-hard, the yokes are completely cooked. Over-medium would have been at least nicer, but these eggs were definitely the opposite of over-easy. This location has done this to my eggs 3 times in a row now. It's unfortunate because I pass them on the way home, and the next closest is probably 20 minutes out of the way, but at least the other location knows how to make over-easy eggs.
