Pulled me up to wait on my order took 20 minutes just for some nuggets all my other food was cold and then on top of that they handed my food and it smelt like they just handed me a fresh pound of weed

The only reason I'm giving one star is because 0 is not an option. Order a wrap got the garbage in the attached video. I drive an 18 wheeler so a U-turn was out of the question. Returned later today and showed the manager on duty the video and she offered no resolution. She said and I quote " I mean, I can't speak for those people when I wasn't here." I said "Well you can speak on this video and know this is not right!" She turned and walked off.

I went through the drive thru. They had me pull up to wait on my food which took them 13 mins to bring me. They had left out part of my order so I had to go inside. Normally I don’t get too irritated at that but they had a ton of employees working and I still stood for 8 mins waiting. A door dash driver was in there longer than me and had to help an employee seal the food because they were moving at a snails pace. No apology or anything either when they gave me the food they forgot.

Parking: This is the best of the three Newnan Wendy's. They care about the customer, speed, and quality. Not 🤡 like 29 and bullsboro.
The food is subpar and service isn't much better. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or not but with the few times we've been to this location we've waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru for the food to be barely warm and usually not accurate for our order. I'd rather drive to Opelika or Lagrange than go to this Wendy's.

Slow. I waited at the front for 10 mins for someone to even come over to the register. They were only focused on drive through, every worker kept looking at me and only 1 gentlemen checked in on me after 5 minutes of me aimlessly standing and waiting.
I ordered an apple pecan salad with grilled chicken. This is what I received. The customer service is horrible and management isn’t any better. 0/10
