Please consider removing the AI at the drive through. Frequently records orders incorrectly. This often leads to confusion at the pickup window when customers attempt to correct their orders. And on multiple occasions the order we were given, did not match what was ordered.

Went back just to get a lemonade. I asked for a large and was told to pull around. When they handed it to me, they didn't even know what size I ordered and gave me a medium. I said it was supposed to be a large, and instead of making a new one, they dumped the medium into a large cup right in front of me and added more ice.
What is wrong with these people? There is no work ethic or standards at Wendy's anymore. Just careless, trash service.

While the food here is quite good I must say that I am greatly disappointed with how they package their fries. I ordered a large expecting it to be full or at the very least partially full, and what I was met with was a container not even half way packed with fries. However the food is delicious and they have very good red cream pop.

DONT GO THERE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came through the drive thru for a mobile order, went home they gave me the wrong burgers I called a white man picked up im guessing he’s a manager I tell him what’s wrong and before I can even get a full sentence out he hung up on me for no reason and the food was for my son they’re always messing up my order every single time they need to shut that location down it’s no good

My chicken sandwich was awful. The chicken was burnt and couldn't hardly bite into it. Fries were nasty and tasted straight like grease.
Sunday Afrernoon. No rush. Going through the Drive thru. Now everything is computer automated. Spoke clearly and it showed up exactly what I want. Hamburger no cheese, lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, mayo. Got to the window and the young kids were joking around not a care handed over the drinks. They were correct. Recieved the bag, 3 sandwiches. Okay I took their word. Nope got home and 3 cheese burgers onions,pickles . This Wendy's will be a No to avoid.

Had a great experience at the Wendy’s in Newnan! The restaurant was very clean, which is always the first thing I notice when I walk in. I really like that they offer both self-pay kiosks and the option to order at the counter — it’s convenient whether you’re in a rush or prefer talking to someone. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently to get orders out quickly. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, with no issues at all. The whole process, from ordering to getting our meal, was fast and hassle-free. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations I’ve visited, and I’ll be stopping by again when I’m in the area. Great service, clean space, and reliable food — can’t ask for much more!

y’all call this a saucy nugget??? -_- usually my nuggets are drenched in sauce. the last time I came there I couldn’t even eat the nuggets they were so disgusting!!!! Do better!
