It is possible they are short staffed but service is slow and foods is okay. Ordering online doesn't negate the wait time. They are very friendly and try to make the wait as comfortable much as possible.

Extremely slow service. I waited 40 minutes for a mobile order to be prepared once I arrived at the Wendy. Order was ice cold once I received it. Do not go to Wendy's for your meals.
