I ordered delivery through the app. They forgot my son’s whole meal. I called to ask about it being resent, they said I could come get it. So I had to take time out of my evening to go get his order. When I asked for a name bc they said I could either come get the food or get a refund (I think when someone has to take time and gas to come get something that should have been in the order the first time, both should be reasonable... Lord I was in drive thru for 45 minutes tonight and 20 minutes in looks like a manager needed a cigarette then my 4 jrb had the smallest piece of lettuce with mustered and it was never a sorry or forgive me because there was only 4-5 cars so everything.
