Very disappointed with this Wendy’s location. I visited recently and the experience was unacceptable. The chicken was undercooked, and the fries were overcooked and black, clearly old and not fresh.

This is a serious food safety concern, and it reflects poor kitchen standards. I do not recommend eating here until the quality and cleanliness are improved.

I hope management takes action to fix these issues — customers deserve better.

Don't you just love it when you stop to get something to eat and you ask for what you want and the person that's in their drive-thru. Don't know how to listen cuz if you come here that's exactly what you going to get and then on top of it they going to give you a lot of attitude and tell you what you did and did not say when you know for a fact how you order your food and I'm just going to assume the manager is in the red shirt so there's no point of even asking for the manager. I know I won't be coming here again

Wish I’d seen the other reviews before I stopped here. It’s been over twenty minutes and still no food. Noticed their health inspection score is only 80. Drove a little farther and avoid this place!

I literally waited 30 mins for fries and nuggets. The ONLY reason i waited is because i ordered it online plus i was stuck in the drive thru…. very slow workers, its almost like they come to work to not work ? no teamwork? where is management ? this location has always been slow but today was RIDICULOUS!

I watched for 20 minutes as three employees worked slowly at best. No one there wanted to talk to their guests, just call a name and walk away and they ignored someone who came in to complain about the drive thru. I was gonna give them two stars, but they didn’t put my burger in the bag. Also, don’t know the Georgia food health codes, but if this was in Florida where I work in food service there would been a CLEAR violation of health code. Cmon Wendy, lock in before you get locked up.

Rudest service, slow; and always gets the order wrong. They struggle and create 25 minute orders with 2 cars. Unacceptable service last 5 visits. Today they shut down in middle of the day and denied service after waiting 25 mins. Shame on the management here…

Wait time is insane. Sat in the drive thru for roughly 30-45 minutes just for one sandwich to be made. This has happened multiple times and needs to be fixed before this wendys gets closed down.

Delivery Pickup Needs Improvement at This Location!!

I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver, and I had a very frustrating experience picking up an order at this Wendy’s at 8PM 5/26/25. This location is connected to a gas station and a Subway, with very limited parking in front. The entire area — including the gas pumps and nearby spots — was full when I arrived. The only open parking was far behind the building, which is extremely inconvenient for delivery drivers on tight schedules.

Since parking was unavailable, I went through the drive-thru and was told the order was ready — but I still had to come inside to pick it up. I don’t think that’s reasonable when there’s no accessible parking and the drive-thru is already being used responsibly by a delivery driver.

This location should really consider allowing Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers to use the drive-thru during peak hours or when parking is full. It would help make pickups faster, safer, and more efficient for everyone involved.

Hoping the manager and corporate team take this into consideration and update their policies. Thanks.

Everytime I order from here they never get my orders right they always forget something or go out of their way to put something on my food that I specifically asked not to be on there. I will personally never eat at this wendy's ever again.

Customer service is bad indeed. I ordered big bacon classic double.. I got whatever this is. I could of made this at home. No receipt, condiments, or napkins in sight. Soda machine is filthy and has water and trash all around it.

The night manager was high as hell, acted like she smoked an entire 8-ball before going to work. She was also eating directly behind the counter in front of customers while handling food very unprofessional and rather disturbing.
