We had an almost $50 order. Dining room was closed because of the weather and short staffed. But by the time we got our food it was cold. They didn't give us any sauces that we ordered with all the chicken nuggets. They didn't get me the 10 piece spicy nuggets.

Service sucks. Asked at the window to add another fry and they acted like it was impossible. Like, just click the fry button and run my card. Not rocket science. Then I have to pull into a spot to wait when there is next to no line and I ordered normal food.

I went through the drive through expecting quick service but was told that I needed to pull into a parking spot to wait on nuggets. I waited for about 15min and when I finally got my order, it was missing a fry so I still had to go inside. Food was good once I finally received it all.

Just picked up my sister and mother from the airport, and they were starving. We went through the drive thru around 10pm. The lady at the speaker was really nice and polite. And being on a plane all day and just now eating was a big plus for them. I applaud them all, even at the second window, giving our food to us, they were great! It's hard to find great drive thru etiquette these days. The only thing I did notice was their health score. It was an 83. Hopefully it was just minor flaws which they fixed.

Put too much salt on fries, hardly no meat in chili instead double amount of beans. Had to ask for extra crackers 3 times. I called to tell them but Im not sure if they cares. Terrible!
