This Whataburger location checks all the boxes. The food is always hot and on point and the establishment is always clean and inviting. But let me tell you about the customer service! The Operating Partner, Demetra Bruno is nothing short of amazing! She is out to make you a lifelong customer. We have a good-sized group that go there once a week. She told me of some of the perks she could offer to groups, not to mention using your receipt for a free sandwich the next time you visit. You should ask her about that if you have a club or organization. There's also Mya, another manager. She's been consistent in her professionalism and shows top-notch customer service skills. She goes out of her way to make sure you have an excellent dining experience. Thank you for telling us about the refillable plastic Whataburger cups, Mya! We definitely bought some, and Demetra threw in a few extra. What else can I say, I'm hooked!

Upon arrival. At 135pm , doors open. No one in dining room. Doors unlocked. Someone came to us immediately after walking in and said dining room closed. Sorry. Came 30 minutes away to eat here. Left and went to steak and shake. Much better service. Sorry what!aburger.
Our order was missing a couple things, but they made it right with no problems at all. great customer service.

Whataburger is a delicious burger made when you order. The taste is great and its size is above average for fast food. I would highly recommend it. If you are lucky enough you may meet Jazz. I was greeted by Jazz with kindness and it’s folks like her that makes the experience even better.
