This location is an abomination to the Brand. I was excited to find a Texas staple in Newman. I went to the location 4 times last week to see if they would improve. Nope the pattern was cold fries 3 times never hot or fresh. Cold bacon burger twice something that never happened in Houston, even when busy. And the chicken strips were mixed with fresh ones and olds ones. Lastly, the speed of service dinning in is terrible. I waited twice atleast 10 to 12 minutes for food barely warm. This location needs a retrain in the background the house.

Ordered through the app for pickup they didn't have anything ready so I had to wait another 20 min for it to be made other people were waiting for their food as well on top of that 2 employees outside chatting it up and nobody at front counter, I tip my hat to the one gentleman that was working back and forth on the comms and food he was moving... He deserves a raise for working hard..

Ty was the lady in the drive through an she was very unpleasant to talk with, we were the only ones in the drive through (dine in wasn’t busy es well) and it took 20+ minutes. And the the person on the mic “Ty” was coming through very very quietly and seemed very annoyed when I would have to ask for her to repeat what she said, VERY poor costumer service. But Atleast our order needed up being correct .
