I hope the manager knows that the girl at the register was “ready to go on her break, before she catches an attitude”. The attitude was already caught so I guess she doesn’t need a break? If you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Won’t come here again, food wasn’t that good to be dealing with that attitude.

There is a young black female by the name Brianna who was working at the cash register on Saturday 15 2025 at this location. She had the worst attitude ever, she looked like she definitely did not want to be there and was on the phone the entire time with her either nail or hairstylist while attending to customers. While I placed my order she acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying and even threw my change and receipt at me. So disrespectful and rude, they gotta do something about these type of employees. They need to get better training or fired. I couldn’t stand being there and just took my food and left. That young lady needs to get some help and learn a thing or two about the real world.

There have been a few extemely rude employees here. But most of them have been pleasant. Avoid ordering through the phone. Always check if they've got your order correct. It's rare for them to miss something but it does happen. They are always busy. They don't always wear gloves or hair covering. Not sure if they're required by this establishment.

Definitely felt like I wasted my money, I usually avoid this place because of past experiences and every time I try give them another shot, they drop the ball.
I placed an order online and was given what seemed to be day old wings. The Garlic Parmesan didn’t even stick to the wings.

This was my second time at Wingstop in the past 4 months not a place that I go on a regular basis ordered some hot wings do not eat french fries so I asked for the veggies got my food and they gave me one Ranch I asked if I could get another Ranch for my veggies they told me it would be a $1.94 I said I'm not paying $2 for a dipping sauce for my veggies it's like charging me for ketchup for French fries how do you sell me veggies and nothing to eat them with so I said I don't want the veggies just give me the french fries but it's a shame I spent almost $20 for a 6-piece wing a small drink in french fries which I tossed because I don't eat because they didn't want to service me with condiments for my veggies needless to say I will not be back to that establishment they've lost a customer and she end up dropping the dressing on the floor impeach the veggies in the garbage sometimes establishments have to realize that the customer is only asking for a condiments for what I paid for make it make sense you see how many veggies but give me nothing to eat them with that's like selling me a salad with no dressing I talked to the manager and she said she's was only doing what policy states sometimes you have to be able to think outside the box

WORST WINGSTOP LOCATION EVER!!! Please save your time and get wings elsewhere ! The staff is very unprofessional and always playing around. The food is never cooked right . Save your money and go to another wings restaurant. This place made me not ever eat at any wingstop at all

Food is great…once you get it. BUT it takes forever. Order ahead is never remotely on time. Give yourself a minimum of a 30 min buffer time between your stated pickup time and when you actually want to get your food.
