the store is closed. there are workers sitting inside and running to the back when customers approach the door. still able to place doordash orders and online orders, yet cannot pick up due to doors being locked.
Great clean environment...Angela and the rest of her staff were very professional and friendly...would make this my number one place based on the customer service alone...thanks‼️‼️‼️

Great lunch special and quick service…however the wings weren't seasoned as good as normal for Wing Stop. Properly staffed and the manager was very friendly. Will return 👍🏽

I'm concerned about NOT ONE food handler wears gloves. While waiting for my order I was in full view of the food handlers and no gloves what so ever. What is that about?

**Great Service and Clean Location!**
Visited Wingstop and had a great experience. Angela was very courteous and polite—she really made the visit pleasant. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the service was fast. My order was ready quickly and everything was fresh.
The food is good but does wing stop itself not care about the name it gets from workers like these at this location?? I seriously cannot believe people this miserable exist.

Purchased food from here on Wednesday July 2nd. Several issues with fries. A FRIED BUG was found under my fries and a small curly hair was fried on a fry. Also, the customer service is horrible. They never greet you, say thank you, and act as if they do not want to be there. The food was at least good before this issue, now it’s like NO good food/ clean and NO good customer service.

Ordered 20 wings, paid extra for all drums. They were supposed to be well done. I got 18 wings, not well done and not all drums. They don't even answer their phone. Avoid

Ms. Angela was very courteous and professional. She did an amazing job with our order and was quick to correct the small mishap. And when things got busy SHE WORKED WITH HER TEAM ! Pushed those orders out with quickness and a smile. She has made a forever customer out of me for this location. Thank you again Ms. Angela.

Tevana took our order & she was super kind and patient! Even though they were super busy on a late Friday night, she didn’t rush us and her customer service was top notch! I will say- the tables, floors & drink area definitely needed a wipe down but they were super busy. Food was good!

Im not going to front the customer service at this particular location is not so great( not with attitudes, more so being dismissive, rushing to order).
.BUUTTT my food is always fresh everytime, each time I come, im never waiting super long for my order and they always make it crispy, like how I ask.So no complaints there

My wife orders me DoorDash frequently since I work from home. Unfortunately, her hard earned money isn’t respected enough to check if the order is correct/all items purchased are in the bag by the employees or the DoorDasher. It’s not my wife’s problem that your store is listed on DoorDash. It’s the managers responsibility to ensure that their employees are doing the correct job that they get paid for ( that should be changed to minimum wage for the quality of work you all demonstrate). If your store uses a third party app to deliver food because you don’t provide that service, it’s your responsibility to at least get the order correct. Every time I’ve been in that store there is at least 5-6 people so there is NO excuse. I’ve never in my life seen so many people in one place that can’t do anything right. This is not the first time but this will be the last time we give our money to you. Hey the food is good but your lack of common sense and work ethic is enough for me to go elsewhere. Maybe if you stopped worrying about when you’re getting off or who’s texting you, you would be able to be attentive to customers and do your job correctly. If it was your food, you all would have a fit and that is factual. Stop being so selfish and do your job, if that’s too difficult, go get unemployment because I know people that sit at home and do more.

The staff was friendly and even accommodated my last minute order change when I discovered a better value bundle. You do have to wait a bit if you order in store but its worth it since each order is cooked when ordered

This is my 3rd time giving this location a chance employees are extremely rude and do not care about the food they send out at all 2 out of 3 times they messed my order up and the third time i called an order in was told it would be ready for pick up at 8 and i guess whoever i was on the phone with didn't even take down my order when i got there they told me there were no orders pretty sure they haven't changed out there tea in days it tasted spoiled plus noone had any gloves or hair net i will never go back to this location again
