Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Absolutely horrible service. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this location. We asked for two chicken fingers kids meals because we were not too hungry. They told us the price would be $16 for two kids meals. We then asked to just switch the kids meals to two big Zax snacks. The guy at the window replied “my manager told me I can only add a two count chicken tender on since this is the same amount of food as the kids meals”. That’s complete bullshit. We ended up paying $21 for two kids meals because the manager was two lazy to switch the order out to what we requested. We will not be returning to this location.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pickup due to the heavy rain. When we got to the window, the lady at the window had an attitude when we told her the drink was supposed to be a medium. She said it said small on the receipt so we showed her the order in my phone which said medium and it also said medium on the receipt they stickered to the bag. She took the drink back so she could throw it away but seems like she just dumped it into a medium cup and added ice to it when it wasn’t even supposed to have ice. The cup of seasoning was also left out the order and my Mr. Beast meal had nothing beast about it. The box didnt have many fries or cheddar bites. I enjoy going to Zaxbys whenever I’m home visiting family since there aren’t many of them in Texas and this location is the main one I enjoy going to. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. This is my first time having this bad of an experience after all of these years.

Food Was Horrible !! Went around 7ish / 7:15 pm to be exact to eat dinner with my son nothing came HOT and it only took at least 7 mins to prepare my food only took 1 min to walk to the table so I know my food shouldn’t of have been cold that fast !!!!! And they where not busy ???‍♀️

Do not buy from this place when it is busy at 230pm.....we bought 3 grilled chicken salads which were the chicken was not done....we could not eat the salads...i watched the female teen press the chicken on the grill and NOT cook it....then the guy cutting it did not even look at it.....i want my money back!!!!

Always EXCELLENT service @ the Thomas crossroads Zaxbys!!! Better than most Chick-fil-A restaurants I’ve patronized in the past. This location consistently provides extremely fast service with order accuracy that is first class. Thank you for valuing your customers time!
