This was our first time at Cabin Creek BBQ & the food & service was amazing!

I've eaten a lot of BBQ. Cabin Creek's is what I judge other BBQ by.
Perfect brisket every time. Righteous bark, thinly sliced rendered fat, so tender and moist. The side remoulade sauce is the ideal pair. SO hard, Perfect execution.
Their Brunswick stew has the most black pepper of any dish I've ever been served. So good that it alone is addictive.
The other stand outs are ribs or chicken w skin.

Roasted potatoes spicy hot for me. But Everything else is Delicious. Pork is so Tender and Juicy. Half Chicken is the Bomb, falls right off the bone.
