Wish I could give 0 stars. Old chicken, rude owner, incorrect orders---Try Amazing Burger in Duluth.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR! My coworker walked into this place simply asking for steamed rice. The employee behind the register clearly didn’t understand her and instead charged her for vegetable fried rice. Trying to clear things up, she politely asked another staff member—who obviously spoke English—if she could help. No attitude, no rudeness, just a calm question. And how was she treated? The man behind the counter exploded, cursed at her, and aggressively kicked her out of the store. She was so shaken she had to sit in her car and cry from a full-blown anxiety attack.

This is not just bad customer service—it’s hostile and disgusting behavior. Management should be ashamed. No one deserves to be treated this way over something so simple. Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t deserve your time, your money, or your trust. DO NOT GO HERE.

Frist of all service is sadly un impressive thay get your order wrong mutable times and the cheese stake has no cheese it has Mayonnaise . Yes saveing them money.

To start off with the multiple issues I had here: My wings had little sauce as shown in the photos, and they charged me 50 cents for a tiny cup of sauce that looks like this, and it’s not even full! It barely covered 2 wings when I poured it on top.

I paid almost $6 for this “thai tea” that I saw her pour a powder over milk…and powder was still left on the top, she didn’t even mix it, I had to do it myself? She then handed me the cup like this, and walked off as if I was supposed to put ice in myself, only for it to splatter everywhere cause it was the ice machine for cokes.

The fries tasted half cooked/frozen, and very small amount for a combo…only 2 tiny ranches as well! The wings were so gooey and not cooked fully either!

I work in customer and food service, and they have zero skills of both. With that being said, these ladies were a bit aggressive, and they made me rather uncomfortable to even want to rightfully complain about the food, temperature, etc., and I noticed them ready to be argumentative when I looked dumbfounded at my orders—I left to avoid any issues.

This experience was not a good one, please read reviews and trust the ones you read before you order! I’m hoping the owner wants to fix this because this was unbelievable.

This place sucks. Find a new wing spot because this ain’t it. It’s New Years Day at 12:57 p.m. and I can’t get my food the way I requested. And the young ugly lady at the front counter being rude refusing to make my food correctly. Leave this place alone.

Dont pay using your card here!!! They charged me 3 times for 1 trasaction, owner does nothing to resolve the issue or cleary doesn’t understand what good business is.. ill never eat from here again..

Previously rated these guys a 4 star, but they have been so inconsistent with the taste of the fried rice and the wing size has been pitiful for the last 6 months or so. Tried to wait it out, but I don’t think we’ll be ordering again.
