Very unprofessional and rude! I tried to call in an order of wings. When I asked what type of wings did they have, the employee asked what type of wings did I want. I told them I was unsure, could you tell me what you have. They hung up the phone. I called back but they refused to answer. Very poor customer service.

Restaurant was packed tonight and I seen for myself tonight why that was . Food smelled and tasted so darn good! I forgot to take a picture . I blinked twice and my 20 piece wings & fries were gone it was so good. I usually don’t eat fries but those were the best damn fries seasoned real good and the wings oh lord . ANYWAYS DON’t THINK TWICE IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT SO GOOD!

The fries are great, but the chicken wings are fried too hard. I used to order the chicken Philly, but I got sick a few times after eating it. I’m not sure if it was due to the meat rotation, especially since one of those times was during COVID, so I can’t fully blame them. However, the two times before that were pre-COVID, and I was completely healthy, so I’m not sure what happened. I also tried the boneless chicken—it looked good in the photo, but the pieces were much smaller in person. On the positive side, the fries are well-seasoned, and the fruit punch–lemonade mix is amazing. I’ve even stopped by just to get the drinks before heading to Chick-fil-A

I tried to call In Sunday Nov/9 at 7:22pm
to place a to go order and the lady who answered the phone was very rude . I told her I had 4 orders and she told me “ to come on “ I asked if she was rushing and she said she had other people waiting . I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up . I tried calling back and wouldn’t answer the phone . Whoever she was doesn’t need to be working.

Terrible experience from the cashier, Sun or go by that name was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude from start to finish. No greeting, no courtesy, even turned her back while I was paying. If someone can’t handle customer service with a positive attitude, they shouldn’t be in the role. I left frustrated and didn’t even want my food. Completely unacceptable.

Anytime after normal business hours the staff is disrespectful! Hung up in my face when I called about a question I had for my order !!!!! Spent $28 on DoorDash and waited on an order for over a hour that was never delivered! Called the store to question why they cancelled my order and she hung up with an attitude…. How can we be mad at people making minimum wage tho right 😂😂😂?
