Amul Veg. Restaurant

This was my second time visiting Amul Veg. Restaurant with my family and their food is outstanding! We ordered the Homemade style pizza to go and they even made a cute drawing on the pizza box(picture attached)! The restaurant has a wonderful ambience, is very clean and the service is wonderful! Very friendly people! Will definitely be back whenever I visit Atlanta.

The delivery was timely. Ordered pav bhaji and dabeli. Both were good. Spices were mild. The garlic in the dabeli might seem a little overpowering but otherwise the taste was good. Qty for the bhaji was also good. Reasonably priced.

I had the worst customer service ever. No one got time to greet at the counter and more over the lady at the counter doesn’t even got sense. I was standing in the queue and the lady just took the customer who was behind me and that’s totally rude. Would not recommend to go to such place.✌️

I was not good food and bed service rude to people

I ate at Amul last week after I had gone shopping with my parents. My mom ordered a mango lassi and I ordered a coke, and they were sitting in the fridge, the front cashier could have given those items to us after we paid, but she waited 30 mins after our food arrived, to give us a mango lassi and a coke. The food came out and the quality was terrible. It was very cold and the bhakhri pizza was difficult to eat. I ate half of the pizza and my dad ate 1/4 of the pizza. Later on in the night when I was home, I experienced food poisoning. Fever, body aches, and diarrhea. I experienced diarrhea for about 4 days. Just be careful when you eat here because this was the only place I ate at and I got food poisoning. I will not come back.

Awesome Tasty food. I ordered their Pav Bhaji and Tawa Pulao, OMG both were super good. Not too much spices and not too much oil/butter. It was one of the best Pav Bhaji and Pulao I have ate in USA. Highly Recommended.

Home like comfort food. Very happy with the service. Best place to have perfect Indian food. Shravani takes care of each and every customer and gives her best. Looking forward to have such nice food and service.
My personal suggestion is samosa chat and bhel at the Amul restaurant!!

Took over 20 mins to get a Falooda and a milk shake on a Wednesday afternoon! The lady made it after i reminded her that i had been waiting for 20+ mins.

Asinine!!! Yes thats right!The lady that takes orders is hopefully not the owner but needs to stop working there. She yells out the item once your item is ready. She have popular items like pav bhaji on the menu. Nobody knows whose item and which order it belongs to. This is like yelling out Fries are ready at a McDonald's.I got my item but it was supposed to have a removed ingredient due to religious dietary restrictions. Then mid meal she yelled out same item again turning out to be my correct item. I had told her on my last visit and this visit that she needs to say the order number along with the item name. But she just simply didn't want to take the feedback and is defending herself.Then she had the audacity to ask me to pay for the second item. I ordered one! Got the wrong item and no apology... Instead she served me a bill for additional item. This place will never receive any of my business.I suggest anyone else to eat at an establishment that cares about their customers and service instead of insulting them to pay for their own business mistakes.I am refraining from using the exacting language that would accurately depict the ridiculously terrible service I received. Never again will you find me here! I hope others aren't either.
