1st time ever getting horrible food. Nothing was hot. Bread soggy as if sandwich was premade and sitting. Never again.

Everything was cold and old, tough and soggy. I definitely got at least 2 or 3 hour lunch leftovers. Also, half the roast beef sandwich was big thick chunks, probably the heel of the beef. Just terrible. Tried to call and speak to someone, but no one would answer the phone (3pm on a weekday).

I stopped by last week after researching their health department score. I started eating my curly fries and noticed a long string of blonde hair in my food. I ended up throwing my entire meal away. I don't understand why restaurants don't enforce everyone to wear hair nets. I was extremely disappointed.

Pulled up to drive thru at 11:20 and was told they were closed even though door and online says 12:00. Mentioned online says they closed at 12 and was told they had to clean up so they closed early.
My lunch was ruined because they forgot to give us our au jus for the French dip. Bummer.

Always the best place for roast beef sandwiches, ruven, gyro and buffalo sliders. We love trying new selections. Mac n Cheese bites are great! Service with a smile, whether it's 1030 am or closing!! Consistent food and service. Yes fast food, but always get what we expect!

I went to this Arby's. AFTER I took a bite of it the roast beef had a smell to it. It was a dark brownish Grey color. I should have went back up there to throw it in their face. I was on my lunch hour! Never again!
