The catering was third party but didn't like the food much. Catering was by Masti. I have never liked there food basically everything is seasoned with Garlic which other wise is not prepared very wellThe atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the time there.

This restroom looks nice but not maintained or cleaned for health standards. Washroom sink faucet’s are missing 4 faucets . Hope the owners fix and maintain.

We had a birthday and anniversary celebration at Ashiana banquet hall.Everything was awesome, done exceeding expectations - Food, lighting, decors, seating, ambience etc.All the guests who attended our event provided very positive feedback and enjoyed every bit the banquet hall.We got very good support from Ricky and team including Sara, Sanjay and Bailey (the bartender) from the time of reservation, food tasting to our setup .Overall it was well worth venue for our celebration.We will do it again next time. ?????

There are 3 banquet hall in the main floor. We rented one of the halls on last Saturday (08/12/2023) night from 7:30 PM to 2 AM Sunday morning. After we arrived at the hall with 120 guests around 8:20 PM the electricity went off in all 3 halls. Power wasn't out from GA power. It was because of the hall's faulty electrical. It turned into a dangerous condition with elderly people. The bathroom was dark and alternate system was not in place. I paid the hall owner advance a good amount of money as rent on 8/09/2023. The power was out for one and half hour. We tried to call and ask for help to get the power back. But the hall owner gave us false hope that he was working on restoring power. He first tried with 2 of his working servers to work on the electric panel. They couldn't do anything. After about hour and 15 minutes the hall owner arrived at the hall with an engineer with him. Finally he was able to restore power after one and half hour.We lost money on DJ we hired for the whole time. Some of our guests left as the room temperature increased and feeling uncomfortable. It was an embarrassing situation for us. We missed some of the events we planned with projector. We rented this hall to hold those events.I was surprised to discover that there was no generator to support in that kind of situation. There were more than 350 people in 3 halls on Saturday night. The hall owner doesn't have a generator in case power outage - is it not a code violation?The sad part is - when I told him that I would complain to BBB about you not having a generator while you held public events, he arrogantly replied me " Go ahead, complain and give them my personal number".

Sara has been in communication since the day I called in and that was truly impressive and made me feel so relieved, she was there each time I needed her, she set up a good tasting at Masti and I absolutely loved it! Jai and Ricky and the other servers were so kind, so attentive and had excellent customer service. The package came with so many options for the menu and I loved that the cost included everything, very clear instructions. The location is ideal, I have been coming here since a kid but never booked a venue, parking is free which is a huge plus and easy access to venue, I def recommend booking here!

We're invited to a party that was hosted at the restaurant in Global Mall. The place was convenient, clean and spacious. They had a buffet comprising of many delicious dishes. The appetizers were chicken wings, fried pakoras and samosa, chats and some other items. The entrees were rice, biryani, chicken curry, naans, chicken korma, salad, raita, salsa, chutneys.....and desserts/sweets. Foods were delicious,fresh and abundant. The service was excellent.
