One time they gave my food to someone else and today I placed an order over the phone half an hour ago, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, and they STILL haven't even started making it when I arrived. I went to this place on a recent Sunday, I found the food quite good, very spicy and seasoned. The customer service was good, but the waiting time was not so long, I think that for a Sunday it was normal that they were so busy and that's why it was so late, but the wait was worth it with their incredible plates of food. The surrounding environment was somewhat uncomfortable because there were many tables with dirty dishes and also in the parking lot too many people circulating around, you never felt calm. But as for the rest, as a restaurant, the food is quite good. I recommend the Horchata drink 100% quite good. Thank you
