One time they gave my food to someone else and today I placed an order over the phone half an hour ago, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, and they STILL haven't even started making it when I arrived. 25min wait for a burrito to go. I had to go ask for it. Gave 10% tip not sure if she expected more for to go, literary handing over what the cook made… Amelia was name of cashier.

I went to this place on a recent Sunday, I found the food quite good, very spicy and seasoned. The customer service was good, but the waiting time was not so long, I think that for a Sunday it was normal that they were so busy and that's why it was so late, but the wait was worth it with their incredible plates of food. The surrounding environment was somewhat uncomfortable because there were many tables with dirty dishes and also in the parking lot too many people circulating around, you never felt calm. But as for the rest, as a restaurant, the food is quite good. I recommend the Horchata drink 100% quite good. Thank you

BEWARE: This restaurant has bad service and is very dirty. The soda caps in the fridge were dirty, like they were old or came from a dirty place. When I took the lid off my Jarrito, it had dirt where it was drunk from, and I had to drink it with a straw. DO NOT SIT IN THE WINDOW CHAIRS. All those metal chairs aren't clean, and I left the restaurant that day with big, yellow stains on the back of my clothes. I am very embarrassed. The food is not good, I ordered chicken and it was very dry. For $7.75, it wasn't worth it. There were also flies flying in the restaurant when I went. It is the first and last time we go here. I highly recommend Las Tortas Locas.CAUTION: Very unclean place and bad service. The glass jugs in the fridge all had grease on the top, indicating that they were old, if not unclean. Underneath the cap was rust from the cap and I had to drink with a straw. I've never had to do that. DO NOT SIT ON THE WINDOW SEATS. The metal chairs are extremely dirty, I left the restaurant with big yellow stains on the back of my shirt and shorts. The food was very underwhelming. I ordered the chicken meal for $7.75 and it was dry, so not worth it. There were also flies inside the restaurant when we visited. This was the first and last time I eat here. I recommend Las Tortas Locas instead.
