One time they gave my food to someone else and today I placed an order over the phone half an hour ago, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, and they STILL haven't even started making it when I arrived. Best Tacos In The Norcross Area & The Food Has Some Delicious Season The Service Is Wonderful All The Girls Have A Wonderful Customer Service. The Place Is So Decent and clean I totally recommended 5starts.

I went to this place on a recent Sunday, I found the food quite good, very spicy and seasoned. The customer service was good, but the waiting time was not so long, I think that for a Sunday it was normal that they were so busy and that's why it was so late, but the wait was worth it with their incredible plates of food. The surrounding environment was somewhat uncomfortable because there were many tables with dirty dishes and also in the parking lot too many people circulating around, you never felt calm. But as for the rest, as a restaurant, the food is quite good. I recommend the Horchata drink 100% quite good. Thank you

BEWARE: This restaurant has bad service and is very dirty. The soda caps in the fridge were dirty, like they were old or came from a dirty place. When I took the lid off my Jarrito, it had dirt where it was drunk from, and I had to drink it with a straw. DO NOT SIT IN THE WINDOW CHAIRS. All those metal chairs aren't clean, and I left the restaurant that day with big, yellow stains on the back of my clothes. I am very embarrassed. The food is not good, I ordered chicken and it was very dry. For $7.75, it wasn't worth it. There were also flies flying in the restaurant when I went. It is the first and last time we go here. I highly recommend Las Tortas Locas.CAUTION: Very unclean place and bad service. The glass jugs in the fridge all had grease on the top, indicating that they were old, if not unclean. Underneath the cap was rust from the cap and I had to drink with a straw. I've never had to do that. DO NOT SIT ON THE WINDOW SEATS. The metal chairs are extremely dirty, I left the restaurant with big yellow stains on the back of my shirt and shorts. The food was very underwhelming. Friendly staff, timely service. From the kitchen to the cashiers they are all wonderful and helpful. New people that i see at the counter fit right in with their customer service and the ways the people before them have been. I love this place

Burritos are okay size. Not the most meat. I started to go in there for the ribs. They got some good ribs, well seasoned. But my 3rd time, got some ribs with lots of fat and really tough cartilage. Just got a bad cut. So i will take a break from it for now.
