How is it every time I go in for a hot fudge sundae you don't have hot fudge. Not the first time, or second but all three. WTH. You are an ice cream shop!

Service was great and the scoops were generous! Loved it

Came around 1015pm and store not supposed to close until 11. Sign on door said drive through only. There was one employee just sitting at the table playing on his phone so I went into drive through. Ice cream flavors weren't listed on menu and I couldn't go inside to see them so I asked him to tell me the flavors. He had an attitude and very quickly said like 15 flavors and I couldn't understand. Asked to see a menu and he huffed and said something I couldn't understand so I just left.

This location sucks. I live fairly close to it. I decided I wanted a smoothie so I checked their hours. I placed an order about 30 minutes until they close up. The driver for grubhub was 1 minute from their store when grubhub calls me and tells me the place is closed. I'm like, that's weird. They closed 30 minutes earlier than their google listing? Insane how a place can be given so many chances by local people and still come up short. Take your money elsewhere and don't support a franchise with a bad owner and bad practices.

They tried to upsale an 8 years old . The 8 years old wanted a banana split, but adding the gummie bear without telling him it will be three dollars extra. Dirty business

They don’t make the expensive ice cream dishes properly. Chocolate sauce instead of fudge. Won’t go back.

The price at this location is doubled compared to other baskin robbins. And the server gives a tiny scope, a total ripped off. Will not go to this location

We went for ice creams around 7 pm on Sunday. The place is small but it was quiet when we got there. It must be a safe place as we saw a man working with his laptop on the table next to us. There were two Indian men serving at the counter. The service was okay. One thing I didn’t like was that the restrooms were locked and when I asked, one of the two man told me to go to the men restroom. The WC was clean, though.The ice creams were good and frozen, and there were a lot of varieties. A few people bought ice creams home.

They close the doors and lock them and tell people they need to use the drive through but don’t have a list of ice cream flavors. If they are open until 11 there is no excuse for not making sure that people know what can be ordered. We have been here twice. The first time was after 10 so it is understandable that they may only allow for drive through orders but the second time was at 8:45. Never going to this location again since they can’t seem to get it together. Also as some of the other reviews have said it is not the cleanest location.

Ordered two milkshakes, didn't listen to the reviews. They were like drinking pure milk. I should have taken them back, but didn't, that's on me. Listen to the reviews, don't go there!

Very poor customer service and one of the worker scans a coupon and takes it off for a different product.
