You guys, Bel Fiore is amazing! Dress shopping for me was a little daunting. I had gone to a few other stores across Atlanta and didn't have the best experience. With the other stores, I didn't feel like there was a very good selection and the consultants weren't very helpful. Luckily, my best friend recommended Bel Fiore and I'm so glad she did. My consultant, Daniel, was so great to work with (ask for him). He LISTENED to what I was saying and was not pushy what so ever. I found my dress within 5 minutes of being in the store but Daniel suggested that I try a few additional dresses on just in case. He made me feel welcome and I felt zero pressure to make a decision. I'm SO happy with my dress and the service that was provided while I was there. YAYAYAYAYA!!! Thank you Bel Fiore and Daniel for being so great to work with.

THE GOOD: I went to Bel Fiore back in February to go dress shopping. I am a "plus size" bride so I wanted to make sure I went somewhere that has options and wouldn't be trying to squeeze me into a size 8 to see if I like a dress. How can you possibly tell when the dress doesn't fit. I had a great experience choosing my dress. The salesman, Daniel, I worked with was great. However, a 60 minute appointment was wayyyyy too short. So I had to schedule another one for the next day (not as fun). Daniel did his best to not make me feel rushed but that's hard when he has another appointment waiting. I ordered my dress and it arrived a few months later without a problem. I also ordered lace to make a custom veil and Daniel helped me with that as well. He was great. Their entire sales staff were great. THE BAD: The reason they only get two stars is due to my experience with their seamstress. I had my appointment with her and we discussed the necessary alterations. We discussed my bustle and went through a few different versions before I agreed on one. I left, after paying a very steep price for alterations thinking at least the seamstress does wedding dresses all the time and it will be done right. I could not have been more wrong! The bustle was done incorrectly, and she barely let out the hips - which she promised would fix the wrinkles in my waist area - it didn't. She did take up the straps properly. So there's that. To top all this off, at the second fitting, when I pointed these things out to her she told me there was nothing else she could do about the folding fabric at my waist and that it was not possible to do the bustle how I wanted. How we had agreed on! I also pointed out that with the cups sewn in the area around my rib cage was too tight. That I couldn't take a deep breath. And she just ignored me. I told her multiple times and she ignored me. I took a deep breath and the hook popped. All she did was sew a new hook on. Absolutely ridiculous. And for $400!!!!! $400 to left the hips put 1/2", take up the straps, sew in 6 ribbons for an incorrect bustle, and sew in cups. I'd be fine with the price if it was done right but it wasn't. To top things off when I contacted the shop about this, with photo evidence of the bustle situation, I was told that because I had signed a piece of paper acknowledging that I was picking up my dress and it was mine that my account was closed and nothing would be done. Several back and forths and there is no resolution. I asked that that cost of the bustle at least be reimbursed but nope. I took my dress to another seamstress who is addressing ALL the tailoring issues for a much more reasonable price (I told her what I paid and she said she couldn't sleep at night if she charged those prices). After that Bel Fiore asked if I'd be happy with them redoing the bustle for free. Too late now - a week after our first contact about the issue! That should've been the initial response!!! Take home: okay to buy the dress here (although maybe find a place with longer appointment times) but stay far away from their alterations. It's an absolute rip off and if they don't do what you ask after they have your money they just don't care.

What a beautiful shop! My sister bought her wedding dress here a few years ago, and it was just gorgeous. This was the first place I made an appointment when I got engaged. Elizabeth was my consultant and she was brilliant. She was so personable that it felt like she was just a really knowledgeable friend who'd come along to my appointment. She listened to me talk about what I was looking for, and made beautiful selections- some that I wouldn't have even thought to try on. My wedding is only four and a half months away and she bent over backwards to make sure that I'd get my dress in time while staying within my budget. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Go!

Bel Fiore was the absolute BEST bridal gown shopping experience I could have asked for. I initially found this bridal shop because I was looking for stores in Atlanta that carried Sophia Tolli dresses. I decided to drive up there one day to check it out. I came in and spoke to DANIEL and mentioned that I found the store online and was considering booking an appointment. He was so friendly and invited me right in to look around and check out all the dresses! How many bridal salons let you just browse, and touch, and look at their entire inventory when you don't even have an appointment with them?! The dresses were so gorgeous, and all within my BUDGET...I booked an appointment that day! I came back for dress shopping appointment with my entourage on my birthday. My consultant was RHONDA and she was fabulous. She let my whole entourage look through all the dresses and place flowers on the ones they would like me to try on. She then gathered them all up and we started trying them on! Oh, by the way, they let us bring in a cooler full of CHAMPAGNE so my entourage and I had something to sip on during the appointment! I was not rushed at all. I think my appointment ran double over the time it was supposed to be, and no one in the store said anything to me about it. It was only after I said YES to my dress that I realized that it was past closing time and we were the only ones in the store. I apologized and they were not upset in the least, they were so genuinely happy for me that I had found my dream gown! I have recommended them to all my engaged friends, and my mom and everyone else who went shopping with me can't stop talking about how sweet they are at that store.

I highly recommend Bel Fiore! I first came to Bel Fiore to look at tux ideas for my April wedding. My fiancé came with me and Daniel was the employee who helped us. Daniel is AMAZING!!!! He helped me with color options, he gave his honest opinion and he went above and beyond to help with whatever questions we had. I went back last weekend for our preview and we LOVED the style and look of everything that was ordered for the preview. I did have to call in to change a few things before the preview, and I spoke to Renee. She was SO sweet and helpful and didn't sound annoyed by my changes. My groom, his groomsmen and I had the best time with Daniel and everyone felt so at ease. I even decided to purchase a veil that day (even though I was only there for a tux appt.) because of the wonderful customer service, knowledge and patience. 5 stars!!!

She showed me several dresses that were spot on, exactly what I was looking for. I said yes to the dress and can't wait to go back to pick out bridesmaids dresses and suits! Julia was also very knowledgeable and helpful with other wedding details, timeframes, accessories, etc. I highly recommend Bel Fiore! They are reasonably priced and have a stunning collection.

I can not recommend them enough! They were incredibly helpful, patient and kind. They never rushed me and helped me figure out what I wanted in my dream dress. They were able to complete my alterations in under a week and made the whole process so easy.

Where do I even start? Bel Fiore is the most organized, classy bridal shop that I have been to. The variety here is insane and they had so many different styles and colors to choose from (they had sooo much lace which was the the only style I was wanting!) My experience here was truly spectacular (I had some pretty bad experiences at 2 other bridal shops). The bridal shop and the workers made my experience so unique, personal, and special. Thanks to Daniel, who was incredibly helpful and patient, I found the most beautiful dress that I could have every hoped for. It had every aspect and specific detail that I was looking for in a dress: color, style, pattern, train. My expectations were met, and MUCH more! And not once did I feel rushed or pressured to decide on and buy a dress right away. I would recommend a million times over any bridal shops in the Atlanta area.

Bel Fiore was absolutely incredible! The store is super cute and you have your own little private area. Our consultant was Dasha and she was absolutely incredible to work with -- seriously, ask for her personally. She was able to take all the wants and don't wants and help us find the perfect dress. Highly recommend. Their dresses are also very reasonably priced. We walked in expecting to only find a couple dresses within our budget to then find out everything in the store is under $3,000. We tried on several under $1,000 as well. So for brides looking for an incredible, upscale experience, great prices, and amazing consultants - definitely come here.

I had the most incredible time at Bel Fiore. I went with my mom, and we had a great experience with the store and our consultant, Rhonda. Rhonda always gave her honest opinion and catered to my needs. She really listened to what I liked and found incredible dresses for me to try on. She was very patient as I tried on dresses and really did her best to make me feel special the whole day.  I had visited other wedding stores before and liked some of the dresses, but have never been sold on any of them. At Bel Fiore I loved and couldn't decide between 4 dresses! The collection is amazing. In the 2 hours I was there, I saw numerous brides say yes to the dress. Bel Fiore is a definite must for all brides!
