Good ice cream
Augustine threw theice cream at me and it got all over my jeans
My experience was really disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer at Buster’s on Jimmy Carter for a while, and I’ve always been helped by the guys in the afternoon who are super friendly and professional. But this past Friday around 7:30 PM
The girl who helped me (receipt says Neveah227) was rude and didn’t include any spoons or napkins in my order. When I called back to ask about it and for her name, she refused to give it and was rude again. She blamed her coworker instead of taking responsibility.
There were two girls working together, the one being rude is Hispanic, so the manager can easily identify who I’m referring to. She showed poor customer service and made the store look bad, which is disappointing because I really like this place and usually have great experiences here.
I hope management takes action so customers continue getting the great service Buster’s is known for.
Alvin always provided outstanding customer service. Every time I visited, he greeted me with a smile and treated me with respect
and my wife had the same experience. It’s truly disappointing to hear that he was let go. I can only hope it was for a fair reason because Bruster’s lost someone who connected so well with the community. Five stars for Alvin, and credit to the rest of the team as well they do a great job. To whoever is managing the store: please continue guiding and supporting these young workers, because with the right leadership, they can really shine.
Shout out to Hasil and Augusto
The first time I have had non-dairy ice cream that wasn't icy (all the locations I visited were having this same issue). So happy!
I pull up to the order box at 9:45pm, yes I know it's 15 minutes until close, but that means they're not closed, I still have 15 minutes. The girl says "What so you want?" As if I offended her. No "Hello", no "Welcome to Brusters", or any other type of greeting. As if paying $7 for a milkshake weren't bad enough, I also have to deal with inconsiderate people, who I've decided i want to give my money to. I'm a customer. I'm the reason you have a job. Everyone is just so entitled these days. I won't be returning.

My recent experience with an employee named Amaia or Ameia (I regret not recalling the exact spelling) was truly exceptional. She exhibited remarkable dedication, going well beyond standard expectations to ensure my order was handled flawlessly. In an extraordinary act of kindness, she even offered to cover the cost herself when I mentioned I had lost my wallet. Interestingly, she seemed to radiate a subtle green aura, adding a curious, almost ethereal quality to her presence. Although there was a slight concern regarding her personal scent, her professionalism and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction easily compensated for it. I highly recommend visiting this location when she is working, as her service elevates the entire experience.

Delicious..?
Kid-friendliness: It's a place where every child wants to be ?✌
Please confirm the opening time as I just passed by (it's 11:10) and it's closed.
I came here to pick-up an order on 7/3/24 at 8:45pm. There were no customers there except one car in the drive-thru. I went to the walk-up window for pick-ups and knocked. No one responded. I then stood at the order window. The workers just stared at me, then looked away.
I left. I think it goes without saying that it’s unprofessional to not acknowledge nor bother to say one moment to someone walking up to your business. Resulting in me canceling the order and someone else needing to pick-up the order PLUS losing a potential customer in me because I’ll never go back there if this is how you treat people.
Will take my money elsewhere.

You can never go wrong with Bruster’s. Its been a staple in my home for years. I love how they recently added benches by the parking lot to enjoy your ice cream. I have always wondered, why not add a sink outside to rinse your hands off after enjoying a delicious cone at Brusters?
Vegetarian options: They offer Vegan ice cream flavors.

Usually dont have too much of a problem because I order the same thing everytime but I tried ordering their cherry garcia, not a flavor worth purchasing from them.
